Our villa with a private pool in Bodrum Gümüşlük is very close to Turgutreis and only 40 meters from the sea. Located within a private site, this villa offers guests exclusive access to a sunbed-equipped beach at Kadıkalesi Beach, with free entry. The private garden features fruit trees and a barbecue. All six rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with all necessary appliances, including a kitchen robot, toaster, air fryer, filter/Turkish coffee machine, tea maker, and other kitchen utensils.

The house is 300 metres away - 3 minutes walking distance - from bus station, 4 minutes walking distance to the beach and 5 minutes walking distance to the centrum. All these locations are on a level place with the house, there are only 3 stairs which are used to enter to the house. The house is 50 meters square. There is one L shaped couch and 2 single beds in the house. We can make them a double bed if it is wanted. There are 4 chairs and 1 table at the kitchen - saloon.
