The property is just as described. It was perfect for us and our kids. Nitin is very emphathic and proactive. It felt like home away from home and those with toddlers and infants will understand how important that is when travelling. Looking forward to another visit soon.

The apartment is beautiful and the location is convenient if you have a scooter or rental car. We enjoyed Palolem Beach and the nearby cafe, The Mill, is great. Both are within walking distance if you don’t mind the local roads. The bedrooms were a little noisy for my travel companion, but it didn’t bother me. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly. It’s a solid base from which to explore the area.

What an amazing 2 weeks of stay, private home with forest views, cold breeze, very close to many beaches, board games, grocery closeby, fruits and veggies closer, kitchen well kept, well ventilated. Shivani is very flexible with the guests, she provides great recommendations, organised extra utensils since it was a longer stay. Board games were a plus. Loved the cold breeze and forest view with many birds and animals to spot. Look forward to our next trip at this friendly and homely place.

We recently stayed in this property, true value for what you pay. has everything you need, very nice neighborhood and neat place. Internet works great and we didn't face any trouble during our stay. Some maintainence of latches etc. and replacement of RO, washing machine etc would help. Overall a good and comfortable stay.

had a wonderful stay at Rajat Airbnb property and felt like a home, Rajat and his family members are friendly and we had also had home made food which is yummy and tasty. Rajat also arranged a alternate parking for us. They are very good hosts and they took care of us very us as family members and I would definitely recommend this and I wish I will do visit next time whenever I visit Murudeshwar.

We loved staying at Poojas place - beautiful house, rooms and shala. It’s very peaceful and quiet but you can walk to places easily. We hired a scooter so we could drive back at night as it is unlit around the area - we loved it though and would highly recommend 🥰 Pooja was lovely and kind and always very helpful. Thank you

Sumit’s studio is truly something amazing and goes far beyond the traditional Airbnb experience. If you’re looking for a genuine local stay rather than a resort vibe, this is the perfect place. The internet is stable and fast for a remote working. Studio is situated just few minutes walking from the beautiful Palolem beach and best restaurants in the area. The whole family welcomed us with open heart, always smiling, always helpful if you need anything. But also if you want a privacy the studio is separated with its own entrance. The studio is fully equipped, sparkling clean, and thoughtfully arranged to make you feel right at home. Without a doubt, one of the best places we’ve stayed in all of India. Highly recommend booking for an authentic and comfortable experience! We felt like living in Goa not just visiting. Totally worth it! I would give more than just 5 stars if I can. I stayed here for two whole weeks and felt right at home. The apartment is perfectly located in the south, allowing you to explore all the nearby haunts of Palolem and Patnem with ease. The restaurants nearby are nice and there is also a general store very nearby for added convenience. Perfect for long stays if you're looking to soak in the beauty of south Goa. The view from the balcony was soothing and I also enjoyed the occasional visits of the monkeys (there's a net in the balcony to protect you, don't worry). The WiFi is fast and reliable if you're looking to work remotely out of here. The apartment has a guard for added security and all the people working there are ultra sweet, even the doggos. Madhavi was very kind and friendly and was proactive any time I needed anything. The caretaker Nilesh was also super helpful and always available, and he also helped me get a bike rental of good value. I truly enjoyed my time here and certainly look forward to staying here again.

when I tell you this is the most beautiful place I have stayed at, believe me! I don't think any airbnb in Goa will stand upto this. if you're a resort peraon , then I can't say much but the natural beauty and peace lovers, don't think twice. The pictures are accurate but don't do justice. Apart from all this, the hosts are amazing. They will be as friendly as you want to. You will have your own space but if you wish to gel up, they are great people! Special shout out to Mansi. She got me pakodas when it was about to rain, she had incense sticks up before we reached. 10000% recommended and will visit again. There's so much more to Goa than just the North Goa beches and resorts. explore it!

I had a wonderful stay with my cousins at your South Goa villa. The river beside the villa was a highlight — watching it flow while sipping tea made for peaceful mornings. The location is perfect, away from the touristy crowd and very homely. The hall was spacious, kitchen well-equipped, beds comfy, and the bathroom was the biggest and cleanest I’ve seen. A special thanks to Mansi for being a generous and responsive host. Your daily calls to check in meant a lot. Thanks also for recommending great local restaurants — we loved the Goan food and ordered from those places multiple times. We felt like locals despite our short stay. The caretaker was prompt and helpful, and the villa truly lives up to its name Jal. Looking forward to staying again and exploring your North Goa properties too!

This is one of the best place to stay in south goa. and this is our second time to this place. Make sure you have your vehicle and you are sorted. Close to the most pristine beaches of goa. A place where you feel like home. A well kept and maintained apartments with all ameneties. Definitely recommended.
