Het huis beschikt over infrarood sauna en twee slaapkamers, elk voorzien van een eigen en-suite badkamer. Außerhalb der Schulferien ist es sehr ruhig und man kann durch die gute Lage des Hauses schon im Frühjahr die ersten Sonnenstrahlen genießen. In den Ferien, vor allem im Sommer, sind viele Familien mit Kindern im Park. Der große Spielplatz mit Trampolinen, Fußballfeld, Klettergerüst laden zum Spielen und verweilen ein.
