Je recommande à 100% ce logement. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable, la villa était parfaite, très propre et parfaitement agencée. Le personnel est très sympathique et amical et toujours arrangeant pour laisser les affaires avant le check-in etc. La localisation est parfaite pour aller à la plage et au restaurant le soir à pied. Foncez sans hésiter.

Arife and Oliver were great hosts, gave us great recommendations and were very helpful. The property was beautiful and peaceful and had everything we needed. We had a very comfortable week here. Lots of shops and restaurants in Kayakoy which was easy to reach on foot. Beaches and Fethiye just a short drive away.

Konaklamamız güzeldi. Gayet keyifli vakit geçirdik mangal yaptık havuza girdik terası kullandık her şey çok güzeldi. Havuz biraz küçüktü altta büyük bir havuz var ama onu kullanmadık bu konuyu danışmak için de Ertan beye ulaşamadık. Ama son gün olduğu için sorun etmedik kendisi o ana kadar gayet ulaşılabilir biri bize olan ilgisi için teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gitme fırsatımız olursa yine orayı tercih ederiz.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa von Firat! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie auf den Bildern – sauber, modern und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat uns der großzügige Außenbereich mit Pool gefallen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Lage war ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden, und Firat war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Brilliant place and location was super. Walking distance to everything and regular buses directly into fethiye centre but shops and restaurants were basically on our doorstep. Place was spotless. A little difficult to find as looks like it’s an abandoned area almost but once inside the gate everything was perfect. One or two things could have been better - very little basic stuff that you would assume would be there such as toilet paper, were not supplied. It was no issue. Also we turned the motor off for the pool as being April the weather was nice but not hot so the pool felt freezing with new water keep regenerating. Instead of communicating with us that we shouldn’t do such and ask to turn it back on, we woke up to it being on and a hose being pulled around and a rake etc. I have no issues with this but I personally think communication would have been better and if we had kids up early, a random man in the garden might have scared them. Overall, regardless very good though

Tolle Wohnung und direkt am Meer!

Evin konumu gerçekten harikaydı, huzurlu ve sakin dört gün geçirdik. Havuzun temizliği her gün yapılıyordu bu bizim için çok önemliydi. Evde ihtiyaç olabilecek her malzeme vardı, ütüye kadar düşünülmüştü. Zehra Hanıma misafirperverliği için teşekkür ederiz.

The stay was in a lovely little house that can accommodate up to 4 people. It only takes a 5-10 minute walk to Kalkan beach, and only 20-30 mins drive to other tourist attractions such as Pattara and Kaputaş. It has several swimming pools that are shared with other neighbors. Parking place is not a worry. We had a very good communication with Ayhan Bey. Would be ideal for people who know what they want.

Her şey dört dörtlüktü, evde hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Özellikle evin iç tasarımı çok iç acıcı ve ferah. Giriş kat terasta oturmak oldukça keyifli. Kusur bulmamız gerekirse havuz suyu genelde soğuk ve güneş battığında yüzmek pek mümkün olmuyor. Havuzu kullanmak için sabah güneşini yakalayın! Tavsiye edilir!

1-6 ekim arasında eşimle birlikte villa karakayada konakladık. Villanın konumu pataraya 10 dk araçla mesafede, market, yemek yerleri de araçla 5dklık mesafede. Villa genel anlamıyla güzeldi havuzuyla jakuzisiyle keyifli bir tatil oldu bizim için. Havuz tamamiyle korunaklı yalnız havuz çevresi yoldan görünebiliyor bazı bölgeler açıkta kalmış oralar da kapatılabilirse güzel olur. Yol çok kullanılmadığı için biz rahat olabildik. Havuz bir tık soğuk olmasına rağmen yüzebildik ama ısıtma olsa kusursuz diyebilirdim :) Villa çok güzel tasarlanmış, oyun odası güzel düşünülmüş. Mehmet Bey’e ilgisinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz. Her sorunumuzda hızlıca çözüm sağladı. Sorunsuz bir tatil geçirdik tavsiye ederiz.

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

Uns hat der Urlaub in der Villa sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Es sollten ein paar kleinere Renovierungen gemacht werden. Die Auffahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, weil sie so steil ist, aber nach ein paar Fahrten fällt es nicht mehr auf. Die Umgebung ist total schön, einen Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen, damit man schnell nach Dalaman, Ortaca und den ganzen schönen Stränden der Umgebung gelangt.

Meinen Aufenthalt kann ich nur positiv bewerten. Wir wurden anfangs sehr freundlich begrüßt und hatten immer die Möglichkeit nachzufragen, wenn es Unklarheiten gab. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und hat auch die Gängige Küchen- und Wohnaustattung die man benötigt. Dazu hat man 4 Klimaanlagen und einen Jacuzzi als extra.

Meric was a lovely host and the location of the apartment couldn't have been better - just steps away from a common pool and the beach, as well as a short walk to Calis boardwalk, where there are lots of restaurants to choose from. We had a lovely and relaxing stay, with lots of room for the whole family.

Ali Fuat bey tüm mesajlarımıza çok hızlı cevap verdi. Giriş yapacağımız gün bizi evde karşıladı. Ev ile ilgili herşeyi, gezilecek yerleri, yemek yiyebileceğimiz yerleri bize ayrıntılı tarif etti. Evi bulmada, kullanmada herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Birşeye ihtiyacımız olduğunda da Ali Fuat bey anında yardımcı oldu. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek herşey var. Giriş yaptığımız gün ev gayet temizdi. Bizi rahatsız eden bir husus olmadı. Evde iki adet klima var ve evin her alınını soğutmak için yeterli. Ev çalış plajına yürüyerek 15 dakika, araba ile 5 dakika. Lokasyon çok huzurlu ve sessiz. İhyacınız olacak tüm marketler 2 dakika mesafede. Çevrede çok sayıda lokanta da var. Şehir merkezine giden dolmuşlar evin çok yakınından geçiyor. Ölüdeniz tekne turu acentesi evin karşısında ve tekne turu yapmak isterseniz sizi servisle nerdeyse evin önünden alıyorlar. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Çıkış yaparken de herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Ali Fuat bey çok nazik ve ilgili bir beyefendi. Tavsiye ederim.

Ev son derece temuz düzenli ve kullanışlıydı tekrar Fethiye'yeyi ziyaret edersem tekrar tercih etmek isterim.

Just wanted to say thank you to Muge and Taflon for a wonderful few days we spent on their boat, enjoying their company. We asked for three days off shore and they suggested places to go which they thought we would enjoy along with the history of various places. The food that Muge cooked was a gastronomic delight and the Chocolate sauce was something special. It was a memorable escape for two with superb hosts and we left with memories that will last a lifetime.

The apartment is definitely worth the price. Highly recommended, very clean, AC in every room, three balconies. You have to take the stairs to get in, though. A little question to the host: why write that you'll meet if you never appear? We were lucky to meet a first floor neighbor, who called the host for us, found the keys and opened the door of the apartment. Once we entered, we realized that there was no light in one of the rooms. Instead of trying to fix the situation (to bring a desk lamp maybe?), we were firstly told "thank you" for reporting I guess, and when I asked if they were going to fix it, the reply was "we need repairman for it". Well, in my point of view, it's not the best approach. Spoiler, we've never seen the host. And I won't be surprised, if the light is still off. Anyway, I'm still rating the place 5/5, but beware of this attitude.
