The host was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. He responded in the shortest possible time. Since we were in Fethiye for the first time, he also gave us a lot of information about where to go, where the best beaches are or what the sights are. The apartment is in a quiet location, but you can easily walk to restaurants, supermarkets and small shops. Everything was as described and as in the photos. We had a very nice time in this accommodation and would recommend it.

Mr. Aydın welcomed us with a smile. Her place was spacious and comfortable enough. The sheets and covers were very clean. Since we were a little cold in the evening, we asked for a thick blanket and he provided it immediately, thanks to him. She offered us their homemade olive oil, we loved it. Large families can stay comfortably, we stayed for a short time, but for those who stay for a long time, the house also has a beautiful garden, and it can be very nice to spend time there. The appartment is a short walk to local shopping mall and bus station, you can get anywhere from there. you can as well take a long walk to the seashore (around 20 minutes). the apt itself is superclean, quite spacious and looked after. the hosts are supernice people, they are always there for you but only if needed , which is the best! thanks for our wonderful stay! highly recommended!

Muharrems and his wife are the best characters we have ever met on Ab&b. So helpful on anything we asked about. Also gave us some home made yoghurt several times, location of best bread we have ever had in Fethiye. Also bought us some home made Stuffed Vine leaves, really tasty and just like ones I have had before in Crete. Really enjoyable three weeks in May & cannot wait to go back again for three weeks in September/October. Top Notch 👍👍👍

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

The house was so clean and had a good back yard, also it's not far from the beach and the center, I enjoyed staying there alot and the price was worth it totally

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

5 minute walk to town and marina. Excellent location. On a hill so need to able to cope with steep gradient. Always got parking close by. Lovely spacious apartment with nice TV. Kitchen well equipped. Overall enjoyed our time here and would use again.

We stayed with 4 people and were very satisfied. The place is very central, inside the bazaar and very close to restaurants. The house was very clean and had everything we could need, towels, etc. Thank you to Mr. Nurhat for recommending places to visit during our stay.

We had a fantastic month-long stay at this beautiful place. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, featuring a lovely jacuzzi upstairs. All rooms are air-conditioned, which adds to the comfort. The location is excellent: just a 6-7 minute walk to the big park and about 15 minutes to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient. The only thing we missed was a microwave, as we’re used to having one. However, Furkan was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed assistance. Highly recommend!

First of all, I wish everyone a good holiday. Before renting this apartment, please ask the owner Mr. Ömer whether the permanent tenant upstairs has moved out. Because the tenant lives upstairs and is very disrespectful and characterless towards the daily guests. Probably due to a friction between him and Mr. Ömer, he does not want Mr. Ömer to do business. Because until we entered the house, there was no sound or noise in the house until Mr. Ömer came and gave us the key to the house. I was tired after a 10-hour drive and wanted to get some rest, but the characterless person sitting upstairs started cutting tiles with a grinding machine. Although we warned him, he didn't care and said, "You should have asked before you came." We conveyed the situation to Mr. Ömer and he took care of it. The police came and gave a warning, but this time he sprayed the dust from the tiles into the pool. The next day, the characterless person started cleaning the house at 5 in the morning. If Mr. Ömer wants to earn money, he needs to evict the tenant. For your information

Great apartment with everything you need! Very hospitable owner!

We stayed at Buket's place for a week and we enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave. The apartment has a wonderful balcony with a jacuzzi which you could sit and look at an amazing view of the bay surrounded by snow capped mountains. The apartment has everything we needed and was very comfortable except the bed was a little hard for us. Buket communicated very effectively although we didn't meet her, we were fortunate to meet her charming father and her beautiful mother. We both loved Kalkan and hopefully one day we will return to stay at Buket's beautiful apartment.

We are simply very satisfied with our stay in the villa, everything was very clean, very comfortable and well equipped, the reception team at the top: warm welcome, activity recommendation, extremely responsive to our various requests. We enjoyed our stay at Ahmet's appartment, especially having use of a jacuzzi. The location of the appartment is conveniently situated by the amazing Fethi Bey Park, especially great if you have energetic kids! Also not far from the bus stops, which makes it easy to access to Fethiye town. Ahmet's mother was very kind and helpful during our stay, very nice lady.
