Contemporary and newly remodeled condo-loft. Very comfortable to settle in, but kitchen is lacking dishwasher and countertop top space so sophisticated cooking probably not recommended. Definitely simple prep possible. Overall beautiful town and a great apartment. The highlight of the space is the balcony/patio. Highly recommend!

Perfectly equipped and very clean house, located near very good beaches that can be reached by taking a walk. Although it does not have a patio, it is not lacking as it is the end of a cut street where cars do not arrive. In our case we have breakfast, eaten and dinner out. Nice views

We had a wonderful time at Julia and Enrique's house. The hosts are always attentive, they made us feel very comfortable and we were able to taste the cider that Enrique makes with mastery. The house is located very close to Colunga, with the beach a stroll away, in a beautiful area, with an incredible and very quiet view. A home with everything you need, perfect to enjoy especially outside, with its large plot, with a well-kept garden, barbecue, tables, etc... The area is great for visiting all the coastal villages with spectacular beaches, good restaurants and other activities, such as the Jurassic Museum, perfect for visiting with children. We hope to come back, thank you so much for everything.

Our family of 6 stayed here and enjoyed every minute. We were welcomed in person by Mar, who along with her husband, are the most gracious and generous people you could meet. They offered many excellent suggestions of places to visit, restaurants, etc. The location of this house is perfect. It offers an incredible view of the ocean and beach, which is an easy 5 minute stroll from the house. We also did many excursions in the area - all easy drives from the house, including the Picos de Europa, Oviedo, Llastres, Ribadesella, Miradore del Fitu, Covadonga, etc. I cannot recommend this house enough ! As other reviewers have noted, the house exceeds all expectations set by the already impressive photos on the listing.

Lorena's apartment is great, just as in the photos, very clean and although it does not have its own parking, on the street around you park easy and free. Also there is super and bank nearby. The kitchen has what you need, comfortable pillows but not so much the mattress, but good. In kitchen and bathroom there were some basic things like potatoes, onion, pasta, oil, gel shower, etc (I don't know if left on purpose by Lorena or from previous users but it's okay to have them), thanks to all that, only tweezes of tend clothes (although there is a sisí). At the level of the apartment I insist that without pegas and the communication with Lorena of the best, the only catch that I bring to the floor is, that although the area as such is very quiet, if you need to sleep early to get up and take advantage of the day, it will cost you a little sleep because of the neighbors and the entrances to the portal you can hear everything (but that's not Lorena's fault of course). This place is really worth it. It is a house close to the center but on a hill so, in addition to enjoying exceptional views, there was no noise; we only heard the birds singing. The accommodation is newly renovated and has all the amenities. It is true that we had some other problems, derived precisely from the short time elapsed since the end of the work, but that did not prevent us from being comfortable. I also highlight the kindness and quick response of the host, who was always attentive to making us feel at home. In short, a great success to have chosen this place for our visit to Ribadesella.

We have been wonderful, the house is even more beautiful than in the incredible photos and views from the terrace. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

The place was very well kept, clean and with every detail. Communication with Asunción was always very quick and she was available for anything unexpected that might occur. The person who gave us the keys and showed us the house was also always available and gave us many recommendations for places to visit there. We were very comfortable and it would certainly be a place to go back to.
