Great and affordable room near the airport, however make sure you know that it’s a shared space. Neighbors can be loud and come in many different times. Be sure to bring ear plugs.

The place is quiet and well located, it will give you a stay in suburban feeling. Just 9 kilometer away from down town district 1 and easy to access everywhere.

I wanted to try something more authentic and genuine in the busy city of Saigon. But at the same time I want to have access to restaurants and shops so I went to Nhuong accomodation and I got it all. The room looks like on the photos and are clean and have everything you need. I can recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

Staying in Go Vap gave me a real taste of authentic Saigon. The neighborhood is lively but still peaceful, with lots of great cafes and restaurants close by. There’s also a great gym just a 5-minute walk away, which was super convenient. The family hosting me was so kind and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable—perfect for a longer stay. District 1 is about 20-25 minutes away by scooter, so it’s easy to get around. I really enjoyed my time here—thank you for making it such a great experience! 10/10 would recommend.❤️ NB! Nhung also offers scooters for rent, which is super convenient. For me, Saigon traffic is a bit extreme, so I preferred using Grab to get around, but having a scooter rental option is a great addition if you’re looking for one.

Kate's place is highly recommended. Her parents gave us a very warm welcome. We had our 8 month old son with us and asked for an earlier check in as we arrived at 7 o'clock. It worked out great. Kate's parents were very helpful with any questions. In the immediate vicinity is a great park and felt great food everywhere, everything within walking distance. The airport is almost next door. Nice place to stay!! The place was bigger than we had expected. Price is affordable. It’s near a small local market and a supper market so you can easily buy some food to cook. Definitely go back.

Nice place, clean, secure. It has everything you need! This was my 23 visit to Vietnam and I have stayed in many many places, this is one of the best. Highly recommended. If it had a pool it would be perfect

This place is awesome for families. Great facility, excellent location and even though it’s inside the busiest neighborhood it is super quiet once you enter into the complex. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to Stay in Saigon

Great location pretty central to all the districts and d1 just across the bridge. Was nice to come back to a quiet area. Host was kind enough to have a storage area for luggages after checking out.

Great location if you're looking to be a little bit further out of the business of District 1, but close at the same time. loads of food carts and restaurants, coffee shops, mini marts, and 2 large malls. The apartment has comfy beds and a great sofa! Air con throughout, everything you need. The pool is such a great bonus, especially as a break from the weather. We loved our stay!
