Check-in went smoothly. The room was exactly as described. Very good internet, which was important to me (I work remotely). A charming dog lives in the house, not aggressive at all. The location is perfect for those who love silence, neither the sound of the airport nor the bikes. Touristic spots can be easily and cheaply reached by bike taxi. The host also helped with booking tickets for local sleeping buses, explained everything in great detail for the next trip. Definitely recommend it to everyone! The next time I come to Ho Chi Minh City, I will try to get to this beautiful and hospitable house.

This is my first time to Vietnam so staying with locals is very important. The owner and his family were so enthusiastic that I couldn't leave and stay longer. I'm sitting in this spacious room, very comfortable for me and writing these lines. The house is far from the center but for me this was a plus. People who really live here. There are neighbors around and the life they live every day is very lively and I love watching it. If I come again, I want to come back here. It's like I'm home. I slept really well. The shower is very unusual and the house itself is unique. I am so grateful to have chosen this place for my first experience. Thank you. May happiness for this family ❤️ P. S. We really enjoyed our stay. The localization is great, close to metro station, many restaurants and a shopping mall. The apartment is clean, and spacious. Kitchen has a microwave, electric kettle, stove and rice cooker. Perhaps some things in the apartment could be renovated, but the price is still great, and we had a great stay, so we highly recommend it.
