It is not a Spa& Resort, it has very simple equipment, design from the era of early capitalism ( which can delight, because it is authentic, has a history) , but it has the soul and extraordinary power to relax people. There is a possibility of kayaking under the house itself. You can hear the sound of the river from every property.
