The cottage has been in our family for over 30 years. We love it. Our friends love it. It is not a Spa& Resort, it has very simple equipment, design from the era of early capitalism ( which can delight, because it is authentic, has a history) , but it has the soul and extraordinary power to relax people. A large wooden patio overlooking the lake, fields, forest. A few literally neighborhood cottages. The climate charms and calms down. Whether it's by the fireplace tucked away from the rain or on the patio in full sun.

The cottage is set on a fenced lot of 2600 m2 with fruit orchard, surrounded by forest, with a recreational field, playground, fire pit, close to the Trebiochy River and Lake Žolnovo. The location is ideal for hiking, biking, fishing, and water sports - free boat.
