It was a beautiful stay, picture perfect in an alpine setting. The house is decorated beautifully, true to the region. It has all the essentials including a functioning kitchen. Highly recommend it!

Stay in August. Very well located chalet between Le Grand Bornand and Le Chinaillon (Boulangerie++ and closer than Gd B.) Perfect for hiking and cycling. Very well equipped kitchen. Spacious living room and bedrooms. Quiet, with the doors closed because it's below a busy road. Not unsafe for children as access is via a private road. 1 closed garage, with electric outlet and shoe dryer. Nearest Intermarche in Les Villards sur Thônes. Well stocked.

How lucky we were to stay in this perfectly located cocoon. What a pleasure to eat on the terrace, with the birds singing, the sheep bells and the gentle sound of the river. The area is a gem. I would 100% recommend!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this place. We were 4 adults and 4 children. Cleanliness was great. The very peaceful place. We were able to enjoy the terrace, the barbecue and the swing thanks to perfect weather. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating about the arrival time, which was changed due to traffic jams at the Swiss border. Very comfortable bedding, very well-equipped accommodation, we had a pleasant stay, thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Armelle's space near Talloires - gorgeous, comfortable house with top view of Lake Annecy (going to be hard to top that). Great instructions & suggestions from the host - we hope we'll stay longer next time if we come back! Thank you so much for the sharing!

The apartment is superbly renovated. The finishes are luxurious and contemporary. It is very well equipped, there is even a sonos installation with baffles built into the ceilings. Nicolas is charming and the instructions are very clear. Qq small notes in the context of the high season premium rate: the apartment is located in a bend of the road of the pass of the aravis, some of the windows overlook the mountain with a sublime view, but some windows (including the terrace) overlook this road; and the walking distance to the ski slopes is actually 300m.

Great week in this spacious and bright apartment. Trip to 9 (4 adt and 5 enf). Beautiful mountain views, modern decor, quality materials, very spacious, rare in the mountains. Large living room/kitchen, practical and functional. Everything is designed for families (if needed baby equipment available free of charge). Big ++ 2 parking spots right in front! Small - to know in advance: the location of the chalet, 6min drive from the village du bas (Grand Bornand) and 11min drive from the upper village (Chinaillon, departures from the main slopes). Certainly, there is a bus stop right in front of the parking lot, but only to get up (20min anyway), but impossible to go down, there is no stop right in front, you have to stop at the previous stop or at the next stop, every 2 to 300m from the chalet, much too complicated and dangerous with children and all the ski equipment on your back. Anyway , we keep the address and recommend it!!

Such a lovely, cosy, pretty, very spacious, spotlessly clean and characterful apartment. So easy to get to - a short, direct walk from the bus station - and situated just minutes from the main town but far away enough from the noise and crowds. The unspoilt view of Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi are simply breath-taking. The fabulous ‘Childrens’ bedroom (the one with the bunk beds) was particularly charming and l spent lazy afternoons in here reading a book on the bean bags with the French doors open. The kitchen is modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean, as was the spacious bathroom. I stayed here in May but l can imagine this place would be magical at Christmas time with the log fire burning! One thing to point out for access is there are a few steep steps into the apartment. Not a problem for me but just pointing out for those with access issues. Also, there are no blinds on the windows but l had no problem with that. Utterly delightful. Would stay here again.

Small, well-designed and pleasant apartment with unobstructed views. The skibus stops at the foot of the residence, very convenient and very quick walking access too.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

An ideal apartment! Very well equipped and perfectly located in the city center. The view from the balcony is pleasant, and everything is thought out for a comfortable stay after a day of skiing. Responsive host. We'll be happy to go back with pleasure!

The apartment is located in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood, close to Lake Passy. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jean Christophe is an extremely friendly host and available when needed. I would highly recommend it.

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

We had a great time at the Grattague at Wilfried's place. Her warm and well laid out apartment is located in a quiet location. From the balcony, magnificent views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. Hiking departure at the foot of the residence. Wilfried is an attentive and caring host. Thanks again!

Perfect short stay, quiet , peaceful with a tireless view of the accessible ☺️ garage Tournette. Everything you need in the apartment , top bedding and very clean! Responsive host and the welcome is by the neighbor so friendly and smiling! I recommend it and will come back to it.
