Great stay at Harriet’s place for a few days, extremely clean and well presented! Comfy beds and everything we needed for a few days! Good to have a smart tv and comfy lounge, even with terrible weather it was a great location with walking distance to cafes, restaurants and the beach in a nice neighbourhood.

A lovely quiet space in a heritage building with all the modern convenience. Super comfortable and very clean. Perfect base to explore Adelaide with the market a short walk, plenty of great coffee and food options near by. Highly recommended.

Nestled along the pristine shores of Henley Beach, The Sands offers a serene retreat that seamlessly blends luxury with the laid-back charm of beachside living. From May 13 to May 18, I had the pleasure of experiencing this exquisite accommodation firsthand, and it was exactly as described. Location and Accessibility Situated just a stone's throw away from the waters of Henley Beach, The Sands boasts an enviable location that caters to both relaxation and adventure. A short stroll from the vibrant Henley Square, where local cafes and boutiques beckon, guests are spoiled with choices for leisurely walks along the promenade or invigorating dips in the ocean. Accommodation Upon arrival, I was greeted with modern elegance appointed with contemporary furnishings and thoughtful touches. A spacious apartment overlooking the beach, was a sanctuary of comfort.

All was good. The accomodation was perfectly spacious and spot clean. Helpful and informative check in and check out instructions.

Tabatha was an excellent host. We had a bit of an issue in check in but she responded exceptionally well and no ask was too much. Sometimes issues happen for guests that some owners struggle to deal with but her willingness to accolade and address the issue was amazing! Once settled in the place was really great. Have stayed at the same building in the "hotel" side but my recommendation is don't waste your time. This place is much better and head and shoulders over then hotel option in the same building Consider here for a relaxed stay.

Cassie and Sam’s place is stunning. Minutes walk away from amazing cafes and the beach. Their hospitality and communication. Was fantastic and the fresh bread on arrival was a very generous unexpected gift. Highly recommended their place to stay anytime. Thank you both once again.

Loved my stay at Kirsten's apartment. Glenelg North is a familiar and much loved location within walking distance to Jetty Road's amenities. I enjoyed the mix of old style with the new and comfy decor and a fabulous bathroom. Kirsten was a responsive host when needed and I would definitely stay again on future visits.

Very thoughtfully renovated property. Front is period home with solid walls. The back has a very nicely specified modern extension. Beautifully landscaped. The reading window looks out to bamboo and Japanese maple, thoughtfully illuminated at night. We brought our 20 month old toddler and the place felt very safe to let her wander and explore. We always worry about how our baby will sleep, but she slept so well in the comfortable bed and crisp sheets. Overall, super spacious, comfortable, clean and luxe. Thank you for having us.

Charlton was a great host, he was really responsive and gave us clear instructions for everything we needed. The house is exactly as described, it is clean, spacious, well-furnished, the kitchen is well stocked as it is in an amazing location. Check-in and check-out was so straight forward. We would love to stay here again.

Stayed at Little Forest Retreat while in Adelaide for business. Throughout the entire 4 weeks the property felt like a true home away from home. The kitchen is fully functional and stocked. The house felt quite spacious and large for one person with its high ceilings, natural light, elegant decor. I enjoyed opening the folding glass doors and screen to let the breeze in. There is intentionally good design for privacy between the house and the main property next door with the location of fencing and the walkway from the car park. The hosts were responsive right away with a shower issue and had no other needs throughout my 4 weeks. Would highly recommend to any solo traveler or couple!

Karinas place was a perfect stay for our adult family, amazing location. Had everything you would need and more, Karina was extremely responsive. Walked to the beach and eateries. Was definitely a 10/10 for us. Would highly recommend.

We (8 adults + 1 toddler) had a fabulous time at Henley Beach, the house is an old house beautifully and tastefully renovated with original wood floors. The 4 bedrooms are tastefully decorated, very spacious, excellent bedding / linen and plentiful of towels. The kitchen is well stoked and great for breakfast and we did appreciate to have milk, bread, fruits, eggs, etc. for our first breakfast (many thanks Lucy). The living room and sun room are very comfy and offer great views towards the ocean. With the exception of some noise from traffic on Seaview road (back side), the house is pretty quiet and peaceful (never been bothered by a building site next door). The location of the house is awesome as you just cross the Esplanade to reach the beach as well as many coffee shops / restaurants / grocery stores. Lastly, Lucy is an extraordinary host, very responsive (mail or phone) and easy to deal with.

We loved our stay. Leonie was really communicative which made check in easy. Perfect location right near the train station so easy to get around. The apartment is really spacious with a lovely balcony which we watch the sunrise on. All the amenities you need plus the wellness centre is a great bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, so close to the Rundle street mall. So many great options for food and dining out. Pubs only a 5 min walk away. Unit was very clean and tidy, with a great balcony. Great communication from manager, and someone was there to greet us on arrival. The only negative is that there is no parking for your vehicle, nearby parking stations are quite expensive to use. other than that, 5 stars.

The apartment was perfect. Easy to find (Alex sent great instructions and photos) in a central location and parking was super easy. The house was so clean and comfy I was sad to leave after only one night.

Loved staying here it had the best view over the city and sunset!!! Central location and so easy to walk everywhere to things like food, coffee, art gallery, gardens etc. The house was comfy with all amenities you need for short and long term stay plus the host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The house had everything and more than what you would have in your own home. The fridge included cheese and ham with crossiants on arrival. Kitchen was well stocked and it was great we didn’t have to rush out and get the basics straight away.
