An outstanding house with all the amenities you would like to have. From the moment we walked in through the door, we were almost tempted not to head out to the national parks to do all the walking we eventually did do. The host was fabulous and we would definitely return. Highly recommended.

We had an incredible stay in Ivins, Utah! The home was immaculate—brand new, beautifully furnished, and equipped with every amenity you could think of. The view overlooking the ancient lava field from Snow Canyon was absolutely stunning and added a unique touch to an already serene setting. The neighborhood was peaceful, welcoming, and clearly designed with relaxation in mind. The community pool and gym were great bonuses, and the adult-oriented environment made for a quiet and restful stay. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made everything seamless from start to finish. Easy to access and perfectly located for outdoor activities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway in Ivins!

The home is located in a beautiful safe neighborhood. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay there and would definitely book again. Not too far from Zion. Good golfing close by. Enjoyed using the spa after a long day of hiking, and the community pool area was great for cooling off.

We were in Ivins for business and Jackie was great to work with. The home is located near the Tuacahn theater at the mouth of Snow Canyon and we were able to catch a play while we were there.

Beautiful home. It was set up very nice with the main bedroom separated from the kids/guest bedrooms which allowed for more privacy. The expansive windows let you take in the view, along with the sliding patio doors which gives it an indoor/outdoor feel. The pool/patio is the heart of the home, which is perfect for family. The huge living room and kitchen make it easy to cook and provide a relaxing space for a large family. Check in was clearly stated and super easy. We arrived late at night and everything was perfectly prepared. We had an issue with the water heater and someone was there within an hour of us messaging the host to fix it. It was fixed within another hour and worked the rest of the trip. The rental team is very responsive and easy to understand. Clean up is very straightforward. We stay at rentals often, so the easy list was refreshing. Overall, a top tier stay. Our family had a very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We really enjoyed out stay with Timber and Tin. The house was so cute and sooooo clean. The host was responsive and friendly. Great location, fabulous amenities and wonderful hosts.

Great stay. Perfect place for our girls trip. Very conveniently located to shopping, dining, and all the places we explored. Also very comfortable for the times we hung out at the house. Beautiful house, though a couple of practical things missing. Would definitely stay here again.

Ashley’s Airbnb was wonderful!!!! I can’t thank her enough. It was spotless inside and outside was so peaceful and beautiful. This was my first time in southern Utah and it won’t be the last. Ashley was very kind to me and my family and took the time to welcome us. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, my kiddos would have liked to stay longer!

The place really is luxurious! Interestingly located within distance of Zion and Bryce Canyon national park, our family of 7 had a great time in this very pleasant, super clean and well decorated villa. The surroundings are quiet and private, which was highly appreciated. We felt right at home, and we would definitely recommend!

Michelle is a good host. The home is perfect. It’s only 25 minute away from the leas crowded east entrance to the Zion park and only an hour away from Bryce park. She is very responsive and helpful. It is a must stay when you’re visiting these two parks. Very secluded and quiet and affordable

Ashely’s place was so welcoming and we felt right at home! Beautifully decorated, Ashley and her family have created a space where families can relax and reconnect. My teens and college kids loved the spacious feel to the home, giving them each some privacy as well as places to connect, play and relax. We had lots of ping pong competitions, card games and sat around and laughed as we told stories about our previous days in the canyon. The house was very well stocked with anything you could need and there were precious little touches that show that Ashley went above and beyond to create a special and unique experience. I enjoyed taking the time to read the book she made on the history of the home, as well as things to do in the area. We enjoyed the coffee shop just steps away from the house as well as delicious restaurants and fun hikes close by. At the end of our stay, our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. We are already discussing our next trip to Zion and 44 West!

They are so nice and friendly. Easy to communicate.Whenever I texted I got reply immediately. The surrounding was also great I saw two deer in the early morning. Easy location for visiting the Zion,Bryce Canyon, Lower Antelope ,Horshoe bend and other places.

Really enjoyed our stay! My group had a very late check-in and Donna was extremely accommodating. Outdoor view was something out of a movie. Thanks again! Hope to stay there soon.

Spent a week here exploring Zion, Bryce and the surrounding area. Such a great location between the two parks, and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. Perfect for our group of three, with lovely indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. Katie was very helpful and responsive as well. Will definitely stay again when we're back in the area.

Pickle ball paradise was truly a paradise! We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The pickle ball court and hot tub were both great amenities. Inside everything was super clean and seems brand new. Would def stay here again if we are ever travelling in the area.

Excellent host. Very nice place and extremely clean. Everything felt new. Great amenities. Very comfortable. Beds were fantastic. Beautiful surrounding landscape. Area is a little more remote, which was what we were looking for. About 7 miles to restaurants and stores. About 65 to 70 minutes to Zion and about 90 minutes to Bryce Canyon. Loved our stay!

Allen's place was a lovely, modern and spacious accommodation which was ideal for exploring southern Utah. The photos were an accurate depiction of the home. The beds and linens were very comfy, the location was quiet and the blackout drapes also helped to ensure a great night's sleep. The bathrooms were new and the master bath in particular was huge. We loved the location near the gorgeous red rock mountains "K-Hill", which is central to Kanab. We enjoyed doing a short hike on the K-Hill, which was right next to the property. We were sorry to leave this beautiful and comfortable home and would love to stay here again if our travels bring us back to this area.

We've been lots of places and this is one of my favorites!!!! Kanab is incredible!!! Stay here if you want to have the best visit ever.

Fantastic stay in Cedar City! Wonderful place with comfy beds, nicely sized kitchen with necessities, and a nice location to National Parks.

I think this place is one of those “diamonds” you rarely run across on Airbnb. The home is immaculate and the attention to detail is amazing. They really take pride in this home and it shows through and through. Communication was great! Hosts are very kind. The home is just an absolutely wonderful sanctuary. Thank you for having us!

The place is very comfortable, and the location is great for access to restaurants and as a base camp for the three National Parks in the vicinity. Host is very responsive.
