Retreat to the Campsies

JaneRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I had the privilege of being the first guest at this stunning lodge. It is beautifully presented and the hosts went out of their way to make sure that I found the place easily and got inside successfully, which I did!! It is in an unusual spot as it is right next to a golf course, however it is very private and watching the sheep terrorising the golfers is highly amusing. The large windows at the front are tinted for privacy and once the trees and shrubs grow in a bit more it will be perfectly secluded but will still give incredible views of the mountains on one side and the valley on the other. Bed was super comfy and the lodge is extremely well equipped, including a hot tub. Highly recommended for a peaceful yet modern place to stay whilst only being 20-30 mins from Glasgow. X

This cabin was the perfect way to end our trip. It is so peaceful. I recommend taking a walk to the Loch nearby and through the neighborhood close to the cabin. I would recommend this cabin to anyone!

Spacious, welcoming, pretty view

KenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Great place for our family get together - 3 generations. House and garden perfect. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. Only slight downside is the property is close to a main road which carries quite fast traffic. We didnt really hear it in the house or in the back garden however. Garden was a lovely space with a view opening onto a meadow and trees beyond

Bright and homey flat in central Kinross

MatthewRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Great little stay in Kinross. Gabby and Andrew were great hosts, offering local suggestions in quick response times. Their quaint little place is lovely and homely, with great walkable access to shops and food options in this little town. It worked perfectly for our wedding nearby and we'd definitely stay again if in the area. Also very easy to find!

Cosy Shepard’s hut with beautiful views

CaitlynRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Our stay at the hut was amazing. The views of the Scottish countryside are stunning, and the property is peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Liberty’s husband greeted us and made us feel at home. The hut is well stocked, but what stood out is the attention to detail- from the design, to the finishes, to even the dishes, everything is not only adorable but functional. Our one year old loved seeing the animals, too! The directions make it easy to find. We would love to come back some day!

Logiealmond Estate - Coach House

AgnieszkaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We had a lovely stay at the coach house. We had all the comforts of home and it was even more beautiful in person than it was in pictures. The host was very responsive whenever we had questions and was very helpful throughout our stay. The location was very private and secluded but not too far from restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Couples Unique Stay in Bowling Club newly upgraded

RoyRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Lovely, unique and memorable place to stay in the countryside near Perth. We really enjoyed our stay here, and having initially booked 3 nights we added an extra 2. A good base to explore the area by car, as well as Perth we visited Stirling, St Andrews, Arbroath, Killiecrankie and Culross. The nearest town is about 3 miles away (with a great pub, recommended in the info provided by the hosts), there are no shops near the property so you just need to be organised. Excellent communications and information from host, also quick to respond to queries. The conversion of the bowling club has been handled sensitively, and to a high standard. Very spacious, to the extent that we didn't even get around to using the second room with the bar and TV projector. Lots of amenities and extras included, and some unexpected extra treats. Outdoor seating areas, but we just used the padded benches at the front of the pavilion to sit outside. Excited to see a red squirrel on 3 of our 5 days. Marvellous!
