Between the comfort of a townhouse and the calm of a country house, a few steps from the port of Herbaudière and a private path leading directly to the beach via a small staircase. The accommodation offers on the ground floor 1 large living space open to the terrace, kitchen open to the living room. As well as 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a small shower room. The upper floor consists of a master bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.

Appartement familial au 1er étage (avec ascenseur) rénové en Jan. 2025 , (volets roulants d'origine) orienté Sud-Ouest avec une luminosité exceptionnelle, vue sur Dune, Océan et juste à quelques mètres de la plage . La Loggia offre une pièce de 9m² parfait pour les repas avec une superbe vue. Parking privé juste en face. Calme absolu et vue dégagée... ATTENTION: Draps house, housses de Couettes, taies d'oreillers , torchons et serviettes de toilette ne sont pas fournis=) Précautions à prendre!

Beautiful studio with direct access to the large beach, 3 minutes from the halls, the center, the ports and the famous Vendée Globe channel while being very quiet in a listed residence on the Remblais. High-end furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, very classy bathroom, small cozy bedroom with a 140 bed, a sofa convertible into a 90 bed in the living room for a child or a 3rd adult. Linens and towels included. Warning, 3 floors without an elevator "to keep you in shape"...

Close to the beach, facing the island of Yeu and all shops in season. Atlantic slide 500 m away, bike paths, restaurants. Riding on the beach at the equestrian center less than a mile away. the dunes and the forest to escape to the sun or shade. 5 minutes from Saint Jean de Mont ( L 'estacade, its beaches where sailing is practiced,its markets,its casino, its golf course, etc.). 15 minutes from Saint Gilles Croix de Vie,its pretty port and shops. A vacation of dreams.

Ideal location facing the sea and close to Arago, the beach below and a very rare 180° view over the rooftops of the bay. This 32 m2 apartment is a real favorite. Fully equipped kitchen, new sofa bed 09/2023, 140 bed, comfort mattress, sea view and a folding bed for a child. Wi-Fi, large flat screen TV, fan... This peaceful, ideally located place to stay offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in a pleasant setting 200 m from the beach. Once your vehicle is parked in a private parking space, enjoy all the nearby activities: bike paths, beach, water activities, boardwalk, pedestrian street, thalasso, golf, forest walks, tree climbing. Shops and restaurants are a 5-minute walk from the house. For July and August, I prefer weekly rentals.
