Le Lieu est Magique ! Vue formidable avec le chants des oiseaux . Accepte tous les animaux . Très accueillante généreuse nous sommes réparties avec plein de citron de son potager offert généreusement. Super douche extérieure et énormément de place dans le jardin et sur la terrasse Rita Nous a attendu jusqu’à 22h pour nous donner les clefs( extrêmement gentille) . Un endroit charmant . 10 minutes à pied de la baie de San Montana accessible à pied mais pas pour les vieilles personnes ou bébés. Je reviendrais ! Merci pour tout Rita ❤️

Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei Vincenzo im Apartment sehr genossen. Es ist ein ruhiges Häuschen mit einem liebevoll gepflegten Garten mit frischen Kräutern und Zitronen. Ein idyllischer Ort um den Urlaub zu verbringen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Vincenzo hat uns sehr gute Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben. Ich in Auto ist hier ein Muss vor Ort. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder :)

The place is really amazing even better than the pictures you can find everything you need, amazing location that you can reach a lot of places within 5 minutes walking , very big beautiful lemon garden and small private gym , the place is very clean and beautiful, the host is very professional responsive and friendly he even gave me a late check out he said since there’s no one booking in the day of my check out you can check out whenever you want, amazing stay highly recommended👍

Het appartement is in een groot oud herenhuis, met een tuin met allerlei verschillende bomen en struiken. De auto kan op het terrein geparkeerd en dat is erg prettig want een parkeerplaats vinden in Ercolano zal niet meevallen. Het treinstation is op een paar minuten lopen. De opgravingen liggen iets verder weg maar zeker ook op loopafstand. Vanaf het station kun je met een bus naar de Vesuvius (Vesuvio Express). Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Kortom erg tevreden.

Marco's place is comfortable and well considered. All our needs were met. The location is accessed by a local bus hourly and very close to Vietri sul mar and Salerno. train to bus connection in Salerno is inconvenient and confusing. driving would be scary though so Im glad we chose the train. research the route carefully and its fine. You will need to get supplies in salerno as the little shops have only the basics. Marco provided essentials for first morning which was lovely. we took the local bus right to the port in salerno for a day trip on the sea- highlight of the trip, so far!

We loved our stay at Villa Gemini, Paolo was clear and helpful prior to our stay and gave us loads of recommendations and help for travel. Alfredo looked after us througg our stay and went above and beyond. They were always in touch to be able to help us with questions and helped us with a private transfer to our next stop. The Villa was immaculate with beautiful garden and private, the fridge was fully stocked for breakfast and lunch. Alfredo even went out of his way to bring us a bottle of prosseco for a celebration birthday. Thank you!

A beautiful place to stay. Easy to locate, off street parking, very easy to drive to from the airport. Staff on hand to answer any questions, we got lots of recommendations for all sorts of things in the area. Whilst in Italy we had a storm that took out the power and stopped the AC from working, within 30minutes they sent someone round and it was fixed immediately. They also offer fabulous experiences that are worth every penny. Would 100% stay here again.

A beautiful place on a dreamy island. Eleanora was very responsive and helpful, thank you for the heaters and extra room for my mum! The view is amazing, we loved the garden and the gardener was very nice. He picked us lemons and grapefruit. We had a wonderful few days in ischia.

From the moment we arrived Luigi and his family were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. On our first evening we were given 2 enormous freshly baked pizzas. Most welcome after a long day travelling here. As a party of five adults we stayed for two weeks and glad we did. The views from the Terrace were amazing, with spectacular sunsets. From the large deck and pool areas you can quietly relax and enjoy views of the sea or mountains. At meal times the fabulous gas Webber BBQ was greatly appreciated. Inside the rooms, there were some charming, decorative features which added to the ambience of the property. A large open kitchen/lounge area provides a lovely social space. From the property was a fabulous walk with amazing views over the Bay of Naples and Versuvius. The small village nearby is very friendly but as mentioned in other reviews a small car is essential which our hosts also helped us to arranged.

This is a beautiful location, peaceful and tranquil. The facilities outside are fantastic. The beds were comfortable and although there is no AC there were fans. We would have liked a parasol available round the pool area but there are ample places to be fine to relax in the shade.

We have stayed at dozens of airbnbs and this is hands down the best one I have ever experienced. The view is STUNNING and the apartment itself was GORGEOUS…. Both even more incredible than the pictures. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes and has beautiful views the entire time. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was a fully stocked market with everything you could want just a 3 minute walk. The bed was super comfy, a true American king sized bed and our kids said the pull out was comfortable as well. We will definitely come back to this apartment the next time we visit Italy.

Gorgeous house, charming town, beautiful views! We absolutely loved our stay here. Simone was a gracious host. Her niece met us when we got there and showed us everything. We spent a lot of time on the outside patio, enjoying the views. We appreciated the A/C in the bedrooms! The kitchen and house were both well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. We had some of our favorite meals in Vico Equense, based on Simone's recommendations. The bakery at the top of the steps was amazing! Such a lovely town, we don't speak much Italian and everyone was so patient and kind. What a great way to end our vacation!

Bel endroit. Nous n'avons pas eu beau temps tout le temps, pas pu profiter de la piscine, mais la maison est bien située et on peut, de chez Linda, aller voir la belle ile d'Ischia à la moindre éclaircie. Très bon conseils de restaurent (Linda a réservé pour nous), très authentique, et qui nous ont permis de visiter la montagne.

Chiara and her team were amazingly helpful and very responsive to our many requests/needs! We brought our boys for the first time to Italy and they went above and beyond making sure we had a crib and gates where needed and treated the boys like family. The one downside to the villa was that many restaurants and attractions are not walkable/it wasn't as easy to get a taxi with our kids as it would have been for just two adults. We would do more research beforehand next time and most likely rent a car next time as a lot of the attractions that we visited were about 15-20 minutes away! We did walk down to the beach and a couple of restaurants near the beach but it was not the easiest walk with kids and is on a tight street. However, we do highly recommend the botanical gardens across the street - they were amazing even for two kids under 4!

This place is so wonderful I almost don’t want to tell you about it in case it’s always booked up! It is a beautiful location with a view of the sea, and walking distance to Forio. We found beautiful beaches and restaurants in Forio. Suggest hiring a car to see the rest of the island. The house has lots of space and the small fish pond was a huge hit with my kids. A great place for a group holiday or large family.

La Casa Sulla Spiaggia is a gem—peaceful, spacious, and extremely well-located! The house is right on the beach, with gorgeous private outdoor space to take in the Ischian sun. It truly felt like paradise. Case in point: we fell asleep each night to the sound of waves lapping gently on the shore, with gentle breezes helping us drift to sleep. Umberto, our host, was EXCEPTIONAL! Responsive, kind, and provided wonderful recommendations for walkable restaurants that were all top-notch. In short: I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Grazie per tutti, Umberto—era un piacere!!!

I highly recommend!

We were 7 adults and 3 children spending a week at Claudio’s house. The house is very well suited for a group of this size and could even accommodate a few more persons. The house is in the mountains with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea on one side and Mount Vesuvio on the other side. Driving there involves negotiating some narrow roads with steep climbs, but it is worth it. After coming down from the mountain, getting to the Amalfi coast is easy, as is getting to Pompei and Napoli. The house itself is amazing; built into the rocks and with a fabulous design. It is more beautiful than appears from the pictures on the web site. After touring the Amalfi coast during the day, we spent late afternoons enjoying the pool and we had all our meals at the terrace outside the dining room/kitchen. We had a great week, in no small part thanks to this amazing place. Claudio and his wife, were very friendly and helpful. Before and during our stay, they responded quickly to all questions.

We're in love with "To Ischia With Love Villa" & Ischia! Mayra is a gem, she was very attentive and generous with her knowledge & time. She made dinner reservations for us, arranged our rental car/taxi's. She made our stay in Ischia absolutely fabulous. The property is outstanding and beautiful, the views are just stunning. The villa is clean-fresh linens, perfectly maintained. Private patio. We didn't have any issues. Mayra is on site and just a phone text away to help you. Our experience left us with the feeling that we will return. We did the breakfast every morning that she will provide, if you request.. Italian pastries & freshly prepared savory table, breads, fruits, jams & local delights. She had picked oranges from her garden trees to make us fresh orange juice!! Her mother Alessandra makes the most delicious cakes. Heaven! Not only just a place to stay, it's an experience. Thank you Mayra & Alessandra for being the most gracious hosts, your hospitality was incredible.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen in der Villa. Insgesamt kann man aber auch einfach mit 14 Personen gut übernachten. Der Host war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns auch während des Aufenthalts mit Tipps unterstützt. Die Villa und insbesondere der Pool sind toll und der Blick aufs Meer traumhaft. Es handelt sich um ein älteres Gebäude. Dementsprechend sind die Einrichtungen schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch ist das Gebäude insgesamt etwas feucht und hat an der ein oder anderen Stelle (zumindest Stand Ende 2024) leichte Schimmelspuren. Ansonsten ist aber alles notwendige vorhanden und insbesondere der Poolbereich ist in einwandfreiem Zustand! Die Villa ist super gelegen und auch die unmittelbaren Stadt ist reichhaltig an tollen gastronomischen Angeboten. Am Eingang der Amalfiküste gelegen ist es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für eine Tour entlang der Küste. Auto oder anderes Fahrzeug zwingend notwendig!

Patricia’s house is in a wonderful, quiet location with beautiful surroundings. Off the beaten track but close to amenities. Patrizia and Massimo were so helpful with checking-in and giving us useful suggestions. The house has a lovely character and was equipped with everything we needed. A gorgeous setting for evening meals on the terrace, with pizza oven and an amazing garden. We even had use of the pool in April so thank you to Patrizia and Massimo for opening it up early for us! A wonderful stay with friends ❤️

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt in einer total schönen Villa. Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie in alle 4 Villen und hatten daher den ganzen Außenbereich für uns, was sehr toll war! Vincenzo ist total hilfreich bei allen Fragen und super freundlich. wir können die Villen von Vincenzo zu 100% weiterempfehlen! :) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Great little find, would recommend. Very comfy bed, immaculately clean, great shower water pressure. Air con was great and had all the amenities listed. Parking was behind the gate to the property and in the shade, we were very happy leaving our rental car there. We didn't use the pool but it looked lovely and clean. The view from the property is lovely and makes you forget you're in a town and near a city. 20 minute walk (not the best in the dark) to the train station that goes down to Sorrento and up to Naples. Very convenient for us to visit Pompeii and the Amalfi coast (via bus from train station). Wonderful hosts, very friendly and responsive.
