A great place to stay in Brienz area. Upon arrival Jo waited for us to show the house and parking that really helped. Apartment is renovated well and looks clean and beautiful. Only small downside is the noise from neighbours (but since it’s an old house understandable.) the home made marmelade is a nice addition. Would definitely stay again and recommend !

Definitely recommend Rita’s place to everyone who enjoys peaceful retreat with only 25 mins to Interlaken. They are wonderful hosts, always responsive, helped a lot during our stay!

Die Unterkunft als auch die Gastgeberin waren super. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Küche ist in einem top Zustand mit ausreichend Gerätschaften ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Gina war als Gastgeberin wirklich super. Wir haben viele Tipps bekommen und haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch der große Aufenthaltsraum durfte mit genutzt werden, welcher ein tolles Panorama bietet. Mit der Unterkunft waren wir rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! ☺️

Beautiful apartment with the host and family live up stairs. The kitchen was very well equipped for everything you needed to cook a meal. Particularly grateful for the range of spices that Petra provided. Everything is spotlessly clean and the apartment is roomy.

Excellent home with very well stocked kitchen. Beautiful area with view of the lake and easily walkable to the train station. Loads of toys from Lego to wooden trains for my kids age 3 and 7.

We had a wonderful time staying at Monique's chalet in Brienz. The location is very beautiful though you will have to walk 10 minutes uphill but a perfect spot if you're looking for peace, nature, and classic Swiss charm. The train from brienz is frequent during the day and runs hourly at night. You can also catch a bus which runs hourly after Lucern interlaken train departs. we did the same so faced no hassle when we were with our luggage The place was clean and thoughtfully equipped. it had umbrellas, international power adapters and all the cutlery you need to cook. We loved this place so much that we extended our stay for a day more. Would love to be back here someday.

Our stay in Switzerland was nothing short of magical, and this Airbnb was the highlight of our trip! The view from the property was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sight and sound of stunning waterfalls nestled among the mountains was surreal. It felt like a scene from a postcard. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was cozy, peaceful, and incredibly quiet — the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our host was amazing: super friendly, warm, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience, which made us feel truly welcomed and at home. If you’re looking for a scenic, serene getaway with unbeatable views and a wonderful host, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place, spacious, convenient, close to everything. Easy walk to grocceries (Coop), kids park, mountain cable. Underground parking with a reserved space The apartment is well equipped with all we needed ( two adults and a 4 year old). Patrick was very helpful with our requests and information. Great overall, would happily come again!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in den Vistasuites geliebt! Dieter war super nett und hat uns alles über die Unterkunft erklärt. Wir konnten während unseres Aufenthalts alles finden, was wir brauchten. Es war definitiv der beste Ort, an dem ich je gewesen bin!

We had a wonderful stay near Lake Brienz! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the lake with breathtaking views all around. The area is peaceful and perfect for nature walks and relaxing. The place itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Our host was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of this area!

It was more than perfect and more than what I expected! Everything felt like home, meticulously organized, with clear instructions and modern amenities. The walk to the train station is 5 minutes and convenient. We had two big suitcases, and we felt no problem dragging them from the station to the apartment. The grocery store is right outside the station. From Interlaken OST station to Oberried station, it takes only 10 minutes. Great location, fantastic lake views, scenic, and close to the boat ride station. Everything was perfect and more than expected!

This place is truly a paradise. It looks exactly like the photos. You are very close to the train stations and bus stops. Stepping into this backyard feels like you’re in your own world. It’s beautiful and peaceful. Enjoyed every second in this beautiful space. Hosts were extremely kind and took extra time to check in with me after my arrival. I look forward to returning in the near future for another stay here.

INCREDIBLE!! The photos don’t do justice to just how truly incredible this place is. I would recommend 10/10 times and would come back in a second. Marlise, her husband Chrigel and son Mike were all incredibly kind and welcoming, helping us get a more local experience. The apartment itself has everything you need, and is located just a 10-15 minute walk from the train/boat station, restaurants and grocery stores. The hot tub/ sauna and outdoor shower, mixed with the view make this place a relaxing paradise.

This may have been the coolest place I have ever stayed! You should absolutely book this place if you have the opportunity. The hot tub alone has a perfect view of Staubbachfall while you are in it, and a really cool light setup - the waterfall is also lit up at night! This place was truly magical! Inside was amazingly cozy, and had all you could need for a stay like this. The deck had a perfect view of the valley with an amazing place to wake up every morning and drink coffee. The hosts were absolutely wonderful! I ran into some issues with Airbnb (no fault of theirs) and they went out of their way to help us and solve the issue! Truly some of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced! Very responsive through messaging, and were wonderful showing us the place. I would definitely book here again and hope to.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die atemberaubende Aussicht sehr genossen. Die grandiose Landschaft lädt zum Wandern und träumen ein. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Prije svega, odličan i vrlo susretljiv domaćin. Riječima se ne može opisati sve što ovaj smještaj nudi. Smještaj nudi puno više nego što je na slikama prikazano, te je opremljen apsolutno svime što čovjeku može zatrebati. Najbolji smještaj do sada u kojemu smo odsjeli. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti :)

We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed – very well-equipped. The views were lovely and the location was perfect and peaceful. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful – she made us feel right at home and was always there if we had any questions or needed anything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! ❤️

This place was cute but very very small. We had to close up our suitcases and tuck them under the bed otherwise there was no room to walk. The place is surrounded by mountains which is very beautiful. Kitchen was fully equipped which I always appreciate in an Airbnb. The hot tub in the photos is an extra fee of $50 Franks for the first night, which is in the description but we missed it. Very clean place and responsive host. I recommend staying here.

The view is everything! Must have a car if in this area, garage is provided and nice to have. The washer and dryer is very convenient. Home is well depicted in pictures. Television is upstairs only. A big plus is the access to the hotel spa and pool, very conveniently located just a 2 min walk. The mattress in our opinion was far too soft for our liking but that is our preference. Overall nice place and would recommend. If we are looking to stay in the same area again we would be happy to come back.
