Le gîte est une maison ancienne entièrement rénovée avec goût, mettant en valeur les matériaux d'origine : poutres et pierres apparentes, sol en pierre et tomette. Il comprend deux grandes salles au rez-de-chaussée : un living avec canapé et fauteuil et une salle à manger avec une cuisine attenante. A l'étage se trouvent les deux chambres dont une avec lit king size ainsi qu'une salle de bain spacieuse. La deuxième chambre comprend deux lits simple, il est possible d'ajouter un troisième lit.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

The single-storey ground floor (fully accessible to PRMs) has a 160 retractable bed, a living area with 125 cm TV, a fitted kitchen and a large bathroom with extended toilet and walk-in shower. The top is composed of 3 beds: 140/90/90, a bathroom with shower cabin, separate toilet, living room with TV and office area.
