Holiday rentals with a pool in Gironde

What a great place - peaceful, spacious and private with everything you could ever need to make the time you spend at your home fun and relaxing. It did feel like a home from home. Olivier was helpful and responsive even months before the holiday and always replied within an hour. We had to drive all the way from Calais so explained that we’d be checking in late, he was very understanding even when this time got later and later, eventually arriving after 11pm Olivier still greeted us with a smile and a full tour of all of the facilities and living area, and remained helpful throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend L’Atelier to anybody, and would come back in a heartbeat. Merci Olivier!

Great recommendations for Chateau's, Restaurants and things to do. We had 8 nights and could have easily had 8 more and still not seen a fraction of what the area has to offer. Staying at Sophie & Bruno’s place was like staying with friends. The location was perfect for us, outside the city but easy access to the tram to get into Bordeaux or by car to the surrounding area. Three great double bedrooms with ensuite rooms, all air conditioned. We had a terrace to sit outside and eat breakfast. Sophie has an amazing address book for restaurants and we ate out very well each night (La Table de Decanteur (local resto with amazing wine), Zephirine, Ressources (both amazing restaurants, easy to reach by tram) and La Cor(o)niche by the Bassin d’Arcachon). There are plenty of local shops in Le Bouscat easily accessible on foot. We will definitely stay with Sophie again if we’re in Bordeaux, it’s nice to be out of the heat of the city. Sophie & Bruno are very welcoming and make you feel very much at home, nothing is too much trouble. I think my favourite Airbnb to date.

Ce séjour fut incroyablement reposant dans un environnement calme, au cœur de la nature et au charme fou . Béatrice et Christophe sont des hôtes extrêmement gentils , accueillants et dynamiques , qui ont le sens du partage . Nous avons pu profiter de tous leurs conseils sur la région , les restaurants , le domaine viticole . Le logement est parfait , il correspond en tous points à la description . N’hésitez pas si vous recherchez un havre de paix à 10 min de St Emilion . À recommander +++

Super séjour! Maison très agréable idéal avec des enfants

We stayed here for our first family holiday with our 5 month old and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for it. As others have mentioned, the property and grounds are even more beautiful than the photos suggest. The property had everything we could need. It was comfortable and beautifully decorated, with high quality finishes and furnishings. It really felt like a home from home. The hosts were kind enough to provide baby equipment too so everything was very easy for the 3 of us. Portets is lovely, with a bakery, pharmacy & supermarket, which was ideal for us as we cooked all our meals at the house. We didn’t have a car but managed with just these facilities nearby, as we were very happy just spending time by the pool & in the house. We also walked to one of the vineyards for a tour which was great. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the loungers, including the cabana which offered some shade. We would recommend this property without hesitation and can’t wait to return!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par nos hôtes avec de bonnes recommandations d’activités à faire aux alentours. Le jardin, la piscine et le ‘pool house’ sont partagés avec un autre logement, mais dans les faits nous avons fait en sorte de ne pas se croiser donc ce n’est pas vraiment un problème. Les espaces privés sont parfaits pour un bon séjour dans la tranquillité à deux. Le petit déjeuné est excellent. Nous recommandons ce logement, avec un petit + si vous venez à deux couples. Merci!

Wir waren zu viert und hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in Marie-Sarahs & Josselins wunderschönem Haus am Meer. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und gut aufgeteilt. Uns fehlte es an nichts und wir waren jedes Mal überwältigt, wenn wir aus den Fenstern oder der Verandatüre geschaut haben. Der Blick aufs Meer wird uns noch lange begleiten. Marie-Sarah & Josselin waren ausgesprochen gute Gastgeber. Angefragte Geheimtipps für die Umgebung kamen als höchst professionelles und wunderschön designtes PDF. Wir können das Haus, die Gegend und die Gastgeber nur wärmstens empfehlen ❤️

Studio propre très bien situé dans environnement calme, à proximité de toutes les commodités. La communication avec Audrey et Jérémy est facile. Logement à recommander Toutefois ne pas compter pas sur le local à vélo de la résidence qui est déjà complet. Il y a en revanche de quoi attacher vos vélos sur le parking qui comprend des emplacements dédiés.

Het appartement was schoon en mooi ingericht. Op het balkon kun je heerlijk zitten en genieten van de zee. In/uitchecken verliep zeer soepel. Het appartementencomplex staat gelijk aan het strand, restaurants, supermarkt etc. zijn dichtbij op loopafstand. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad en zouden het anderen aanraden.

Super week-end chez Mathieu, l’appartement est propre et très bien équipé. L’immeuble est calme, sécurisé et on peut y garer sa voiture. Je recommande fortement !

The village of Gensac is tucked away in the lovely Saint-Émilion countryside. The one-time convent feels like a special place, a quiet and peaceful retreat to return to after our days visiting Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, Bergerac, and environs. The suite is spacious, very clean, has useful amenities, and we settled in easily. A vase of fresh flowers on the dining table and a bottle of local wine were nice touches that we especially appreciated. John was a helpful, informative, and friendly host. We enjoyed meeting him and will remember our stay there fondly. Thank you, John.

Die Unterkunft ist super. Das Bett war bequem und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Wir waren außerhalb der Saison in der Unterkunft und hatten quasi keine Nachbarn! Gaëlle ist eine super Gastgeberin, die sich um alle Gelegenheiten direkt kümmert und immer schnell antwortet. Das Meer ist innerhalb von ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der See (Plage du Moutchic) ist auch nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Im Apartment befindet sich alles, was man benötigt und ist super für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Wenn man einen Tag nach Bordeaux möchte, kann man super zu Fuß zur Haltestelle Marie Curie laufen. Die Anlage, auf der sich das Apartment befindet, ist gepflegt und besitzt sogar einen Pool. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür verfügbar. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Apartment nur empfehlen.

Family holiday, beautiful house and pool perfect and safe for the kids, including pool alarm. House was very peaceful and great time to spend relaxing in the garden, on the deck and in the pool. You need a car to get to the lake and beaches, cycling is possible but steep hills so not easy with kids. Area is amazing and we super glad to have found this great holiday destination with many family friendly activities and restaurants. We will return, especially for the beaches, cycle paths and seafood!

A very nice villa with a lovely pool and garden. All very clean. All rooms were a good size and we had lots of space as a party of 7 adults. Beach is close. Note if arriving late no big shop open after 7:30 and local shop shuts at 8:30pm. One bad point, we had no wifi for our two weeks and communication from local agent on that issue was very poor.

The property was wonderful and we had a fantastic stay. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable during our stay for a big wedding just down the road from the property. We were surprised at some extra costs (such as bedsheets, pillows and towels), though it was all explained, it is just not something we would normally see at an Airbnb in Canada. There was lots of good communication with the property manager though. We would highly recommend this vacation property if you are planning to stay in the Biscarrosse area!

Maison au top 👌 Parfait pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille ! On conseille. N’hésitez pas à amener vos draps car ils ne sont pas fournis (sinon 10€/pers en supplément). Belle piscine mais non chauffée.
