Modern loft-style apartment in the heart of Bordeaux

Located in a beautiful stone building, dating from the 18th century, this apartment has been completely refurbished in a loft style. You will appreciate the calm and comfort as well as its location in the heart of Bordeaux. Apartment on the 3rd floor, without elevator access. The apartment consists of a large and pleasant 32 m2 living room, a bedroom and a duplex bathroom. It is possible to sleep 2 children on the 2 sofas in the living room, each equipped with a comfortable 80/200 cm mattress. In the large and pleasant kitchen bathed in light you will find all the comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction stove, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. 4 public parking lots are nearby between 3 to 5 minutes' walk. Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without elevator access. I will be available to guests before and throughout their stay to provide the necessary information about the city, its activities... The prestigious address of this apartment will allow you to enjoy the whole city of Bordeaux on foot: Place Gambetta, the Grand Hommes and the Grand Théâtre but also, of course, museums, shops and restaurants. You have access to all public transport (bus and tram) in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, as well as airport shuttles, taxis and public parking. You will be 10 minutes by tram from Saint Jean train station. We thank our guests for respecting the tranquility of the place, our apartment is not suitable for partying.

Beautiful 2-room with full south view on the largest heart of a private island in Bordeaux. This bright apartment, on the 3rd and top floor of a 19th century bourgeois building is ideally located (beginning of Cours Aristide Briand), 500 m from Place de la Victoire, Rue Sainte Catherine, Place Pey-Berland and trams A and B. It is served by bus lines, including line 1 connecting the airport to the train station (stop at the foot of the building) and close to the République parking lot 200 m away.

My place is close to the Golden Triangle (700 m from Place Gambetta), Mériadeck shopping center, tram line A, bus 1+ (train station-airport), 26, Cap Ferret, bike stations... Our accommodation is located on a quiet street and is pleasant and well-equipped, modern, connected and comfortable, you will enjoy it! Your place is suitable for business travelers, a couple with 1 child max or 3 adults without children. "Bor, centre et calme" is classified as 4* furnished tourist accommodation.

Beautiful 200 m2 loft in the heart of the Chartrons district in Bordeaux! Very quiet! Very nice patio... South-facing terrace Tramway stop 5 minutes' walk away! Very friendly shopping street on the corner... Delicious restaurants on the pretty Place du Marché des Chartrons The docks are at the end of our street The city center and public garden are a 15-minute walk or direct tram away! Vélib available... Garage available only with access before 11 a.m., pedestrian zone.
