The accommodation has everything you need! Great location, 2 minutes to the beach and you are right in the old town! Jon was always easy to reach and helpful! I'd love to come back!:)

We enjoyed hiking into the Flysch from the front door or going to the train station to explore the towns and beaches. An absolute must is to visit the church in Deba. 2 km in front of the property there was a kiosk bar with four barrel beers and wine, our end of every evening overlooking the sea. PS: The altitude meters in the flysch on the steep coast should not be underestimated.

The place is where it is, that is no problem and it is assumed (car or taxi is needed for everything, unless the hourly bus goes well). The room is fine and spacious, the only one but there is no closet to leave clothes, just some perchas. Otherwise, very helpful in everything, clean and quiet.

Susanna and Alvaro are SUPER HOST. We spent six days in Apikale and everything was perfect, the room, the space outside,food and the amazing view to the garden and ocean. Perfect to rest and sleep, but also to visit the beautiful coast. Apikale will remain in our heart for many reasons. And we would be back for sure. Jagoda + Federico

Ines is very comunicative, open, enthousiast, very helpfull. A warm and personal welcome. She nows you very soon by name. We were even able to use crockery Sitting on the terras with the beautiful view and a glas of wine its so relaxing. Breakfest was good, fresh Orange juice and at the background music from Benito. How good can a day start.

I had a wonderful stay in Ormaiztegi. The Petit Goierri was the perfect place for me to rest before & after the race I ran in nearby Beasain. Marcos & Carolina were incredibly helpful & the breakfast every morning is outstanding! The location is also within an hour drive to ALL the major attractions (Bilbao, San Sabastian, Gernika, etc) in the Basque region of Spain. I would certainly stay here again and I’ll recommend it to all my family & friends!

i slept in the hotel for 1 night. Great room and bathroom. Good lighting. Breakfast was great! coffee,fresh orange juice, toast, cheese, ham and a table full of sweet rolls, cake and cookies. And fruit. If I'm passing through again, I'll definitely be back.

Experienced my stay as a huge Pleasure, one of the highlight during my week walking the Camino. The host and his family moved mountains to make me feel at home and comfortable. The location is fantastic with a stunning sea view. This four generation family business breaths historic quality and is currently transformed, updated, by the new generations on this marvelous location.
