Cottage holiday rentals in Gimli

Awesome location, I grew up in the area and being able to visit with such an awesome location was great. definitely recommend a few nights stay if you get a chance. Keith was really helpful and friendly, would definitely visit again in the future

Great serene place to stay. I hate giving great reviews because then everyone books the space I would like again but it would only be fair to give a great review. This is probably the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in

Stephanie’s place was exactly as described. Clean and well appointed. Kitchen very well stocked for a rental including some basic spices and condiments. Back yard felt like a retreat with covered gazebo, fire pit and hot tub. Main bedroom mattress quite firm, but pillows very comfortable. Starlink wifi worked like a charm! Short walk to water and 10 min walk takes you to more beach area that was not crowded at all during our visits. Great place for our pup to frolic off leash. Short 10 min drive to Grand Beach and its amenities. Stephanie and Quint were friendly and warm and highly responsive.

Wonderful stay with our family of five. Peaceful and private cabin, everything we needed was there! Kids enjoyed walking to the local park. Spruce Sands park/beach was just a short drive away, great swimming beach there with cheap icecream and snacks. Perfect family getaway, thanks again!!!

Excellent stay with no negatives. -Lots of space -clean -enough bedding options for each persons preferences -thoughtful details like 2 kinds of night lights -fully functioning kitchen and equipment -clear instructions on check out requirements and where to find something we needed and how to use remotes, etc. -wood stove was safe and super cozy -lots of natural light from windows -a huge yard with so many great seating places -hot tub was very clean and fully functional -a short walk to the water I could easily go on! Also, the host was very quick to respond when we had questions which we really appreciated. My friends and I are hoping to be back again. 10/10 reccomend.

The place was perfect, large and spacious. Loved the wrap around deck. Clean kitchen with several small appliances and lots of windows. Perfect dining nook with a nice table and a beautiful wooden bench, perfect for sitting at and playing cards or games. Clean comfortable beds with nice linens. It's a short walk to the farmer's market, a little further to the beach. There was a nice listing of local events and businesses, very much appreciated.

My children and I have visited this place two times and both times it was exactly what we were looking for. Lots of room, clean, peaceful, quiet pool and deck area. Diane was quick to respond to any questions we had.

We loved staying in Alyssa &Seans home. It was clean and welcoming. So very peaceful and private. Overall we were more than satisfied with the communication, the beautiful cabin and the cleanliness. We would definitely consider going here again! Thank you Alyssa and Sean!!!!!

This place was a great getaway. No issues at all with cottage or host. Glenn was very accommodating and started communicating a couple of days in advance of our trip. Glenn was also extremely responsive. we would absolutely come back again.

The place is amazing and the location is even better

Sherriann’s cabin was great. We had my dad’s 70th birthday celebration with 6 adults, 4 kids, and one small dog, and it was fabulous! Kids loved the trampoline and zip line. Well stocked and exactly as described. Sherriann was responsive and extremely kind. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful weekend away. The cabin is just as described. It was fully stacked with anything we could think of. It was clean, newer, with nice Canadiana decor. The area is close to walking trails, the harbour for fishing, and a quick 5 minute drive to the beach or the convenience store incase you forgot anything. The area was quiet, lots of birds and tall mature trees around. Really peaceful to have your morning coffee on the front porch. Diana was responsive to any questions and very accommodating. We definitely want to come back.

Truely a home away from home! the location was top notch just mere minutes from winnipeg beach. quiet neighborhood, nice to be able to enjoy a bonfire and BBQ with everything you needed! the kitchen was well stocked and the beds super comfy! rhe rain shower head was an amazing touch and so nice to enjoy after 2 days in the sun

This is our second time staying at this wonderful home, and we absolutely love it! Everything is thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The children’s playground is fantastic—our kids had so much fun! We truly feel at home here and can’t wait to come back again.

We stayed for an ice fishing trip, we unloaded our snobear when we got there and were able to drive the machine to and from the lake each day, about a 1 min drive to the access we used. Parking is a little limited but 2 vehicles with trailers could park there on the side of the road. The house was very nice for a fishing trip. The only down side is having to clean fish outside but would not hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Rachel’s cabin. It is in a great location, a nice quiet area, and it had everything we needed for our few days.

It was great place but the beds were not great cause they were sagging

Get ready for a step back in time. Your holiday will be filled with nostalgia. We really enjoyed the Matlock area, plus quiet and friendly neighbors. Just a quick hop into Wpg Beach for the market, laundry, and a few restaurants. Some of the places have random hours. We really like Trebles. Of course you have to watch for the mosquitos in early AM and late evening. Bring your lotion or spray. But that is Manitoba. The house has a lot of nick-nacks so if you have kids or a pet, you may want to put some items out of reach. We stayed 3 weeks and at the end of the stay we did not want to pack our car and leave for the city. Enjoy the short walk to the pier and if you are brave the water is about 60 defrees F. Too cold for us but many folks were swimming every day.

Great location right on the water, and had everything we needed for our stay from the bbq, living spaces and water access. Dan was a great communicator. Only hiccup was the lack of toilet paper and paper towel. We had to make a run in the morning to grab our own supplies for the cabin, Dan was accommodating and let us use their fire wood for the inconvenience but it would be something to make sure is stocked for future guests.

What a wonderful and peaceful 3 days. The house is cute and quaint and clean. A sleepy town in walking distance of the beach. I felt safe and relaxed and wish I had more time to spend there. I would definitely come back if in the area again.

Amazing Space! Close to Winnipeg Beach and Gimli, but little village of Matlock is sweet little spot on its own! Truly relaxing space Notley Creek has built themselves, very much reminded me of Chalets in Ontario Cottage Country! We’re already considering doing a week here every Summer, really enjoyed the whole area’s vibe!!!
