The house is a two-floors wood and stone chalet located at 1382 meters above sea level, with well-kept green spaces and a breathtaking view of the valley and Aosta, suitable for both teenagers and families with children of all ages who want to spend a holiday in the Nature and out of the city.

“La casa del bucato” è stata così chiamata perché è posizionata nelle vicinanze del lavatoio che un tempo (e qualche volta ancora oggi) veniva usato dalle donne del borgo per fare il bucato, “l’ansiva” appunto. Questa piccola ma accogliente casa, completamente accessibile, curato nei minimi dettagli per cullarvi nella suggestione montana, è costituita da un unico ambiente che ospita un letto matrimoniale, un angolo cottura e un bagno e affaccia su l’area esterna attrezzata adibita a solarium.

La casa si trova in un angolo tranquillo all’inizio della frazione di Crétaz a pochi passi da Veulla (centro di Cogne), perfetto per una tranquilla vacanza nella natura. L’appartamento, di recente ristrutturazione in stile “di montagna”, si trova al secondo piano (ultimo abitabile), con una magnifica vista sui prati di Sant’Orso, l’abitato di Veulla e sulle montagne punta Pousset e punta de l’Ouille.
