I would surely book this place again. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including laundry facilities. The location was great for walking and also a easy close drive to Nicene Marks Forest for a lovely hike. Communication was very pleasant and quick. Loved this stay.

great place in capitola, easy walk to the beach and restaurants nice easy drive to Santa cruz and surrounding area. Nice rental for a small family. the one and only minor downside is the garage , it's a tad small but can fit a car fine just no big suv or truck. Definitely tight getting in and out. would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

This is our first time in Capitola, and my husband and my twin boys enjoyed the unit and the surroundings so much! You can see the ocean view through the bedroom, grab some snacks, and sit on the balcony. Then, you can just go downstairs and walk across the street to the ocean! This unit has a private parking place, so you can just drive and park there easily. Moreover, the restaurants and the shopping store are just a one-minute walk away. All you can do is relax here!!

Incredible stay! Very cozy and romantic, the pictures really don't do it justice. Neighborhood was very scenic and the view was wonderful. Few minute drive to the beach and downtown carmel. Spacious little home, would easily stay again!

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

The studio is well laid out and has high quality cabinets and furniture. It had the best stocked kitchen we have seen in an Airbnb. The views were very nice. The skylights were great. So much natural light. Parking on the street was OK. Definitely hope to stay again.

The unit was great and exactly as described - very well appointed, clean, well decorated and in a great neighbourhood. Very convenient to places around Santa Cruz and obviously SC is very central to a lot of nice places to visit - SFO, Carmel, Monterey Bay, Silicon Valley. Check-in was easy, appreciate the convenience of a combination entrance, checkout instructions were not onerous, just common sense. All in all, had a great stay, will gladly stay again in Ben's place next time we are in Santa Cruz

A lovely little cabin in the rustic Lompico hills just outside of Felton. The open floor plan makes the cabin feel very roomy, and the bright interior, together with lots of natural light, makes the place feel very cheery and welcoming. The property sits on a half-acre of gently sloping land ringed by redwoods, it's gorgeous and peaceful. Our dog loved roaming, sniffing around and playing fetch with the tennis balls left by the host. Getting there is quite easy, just follow the host's directions...the narrow mountain road might seem a little daunting at first, but we got the hang of it quickly. About 5 minutes down the road is the Zayante general store for necessities and Felton proper is about 10 minutes away. Loch Lomond is also about 10 minutes away. Lompico is a beautiful area with a cool history (look it up!) and the perfect place to unwind. Thanks for having us!

We had a great stay at Renee's place. The house was just as depicted and perfect for our needs. It was in a very nice, peaceful neighborhood and close to everything. The weather was great and we could see some mountain scenery from the front porch. Renee was very proactive with communications and quick to respond. The house was very comfortable and the back/front yards were beautifully landscaped. The residence was in a super location , close to restaurants, shopping and interesting sites to see. We fell in love with the place and the area.

Susan's home was exactly that...home. It's an older house with its own quirks but my parents and pets and I felt so comfortable the moment we walked in. Thank you, Susan!

We had friends retreat for 8 people. One of the best houses and client service we experienced. It has everything we needed and more! Everything is new, sparkling clean and high quality. Kitchen is equipped with professional appliances. Location is very close to fun activities, but you easily can stay at home and chill in pool, soaking tub and sauna. We definitely want to book this place again for the next year.

Our group booked this house for a mini friends reunion and we were very happy with our choice. The house is very spacious, quiet, with BEAUTIFUL view. Amenities were adequate for our needs, we especially appreciate the hot water kettle. Kids love running around and the adults love to gather and talk looking out at the mountain view. We felt lucky to be able to hold our reunion here. Thank you.

It is a beautiful and well maintained unit., clean and functional. The host is very thoughtful. Everything is properly labeled and easy to find. The internet access is perfect for games and work. We found the same conveniences as we were home. The bed was very comfortable. We liked neighborhood a lot. It is quite, but everything is near by. Local coffee is excellent, much better than Starbucks. It is close to the major roads. We were very surprised as we got to SFO in 45 minutes in the morning during the morning rush hours. A great place to stay!

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and Pacific Ocean. Short walk (300 yards) to the beach along a boardwalk or enjoy the views from the livingroom through the large picture windows or deck. Perfect for a couple or young family (the two twin beds in the second bedroom are quite small but my 20 something daughters had no complaints). Abundant bird watching opportunities along with the occasional sea lion\seal and otter.

This makes it particularly appealing for tourists and locals alike.

This stay is absolutely amazing. Comfy bed and furniture. Stocked Kitchen. Steps to the beach. Closet full of beachy things. We had fun flying the kite. Built bonfires just over the dune on the beach. 🏖️ Don’t hesitate to book. This place is it.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay! The pictures didn't do it justice - all the upgrades were well worth it and my family thoroughly enjoyed the stay there. My was very responsive and helpful. So glad we found it! Would definitely stay there again.

Lisa was very friendly and responsive. She not only provided clear instructions, flexible check-in, but also shared many great local dinning options, which were super helpful for our family of five. The condo was kept spotless with comfortable king size bed, bunkbed that my boys love, a beautiful swirling love seat that my daughter loved to sit in while watching sea birds catching fish using the binocular provided! Our family specifically loved the fireplace on the balcony. It was just perfect for us to enjoy the cozy night chatting and laughing by the fire while listening to the ocean waves NorCal beaches can be very chilling at night. This location is ideal for those who like easy access to hiking, walking, beach, pools etc. Also a short drive to Capitola, and Santa Cruz to the North. Views from the balcony are way better than the pictures. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

This home is amazing. Looked even better than the photos showed. The view is to die for. I literally could have stayed there all day just gazing at the sea. Lots of space , comfortable settee. Kitchen great. Loved the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Plenty of towels. Parking outside was great. Short walk to a lovely beach. 10 mins to Capitola. 15 mins to Santa Cruz Living in the UK I don’t know when we will be back in California but if we do this is the only home I want to stay in. Loved every minute here and was sorry to leave.

The view is amazing right on the Pacific, couldn’t ask for a better view, two master bedrooms perfect amount of space. There’s a parking spot but it is very tight clearance if you have a large SUV but we made it work because there was no one in the spot next to us. If you have anything larger than a midsize SUV you might have to park on the street but that’s also still very convenient. One of the breakers had flipped off when we got there and the host was quick to respond and told us how to fix it. The beach was beautiful, we did some local hiking and it was a short drive to most everything, an easy out and back to San Francisco and a nice escape from the bustling city. We loved the coffee maker and the provided snacks. I would definitely stay here again.
