This was a fantastic place to stay!! The only odd aspect was an 8:00 pm curfew. Otherwise, it was very clean, well managed and comfortable. The view is amazing and the walk to the beach is 💯

The Sanctuary is a great place to stay. Right on beach. Bonfires every night. Great restaurant on site. Tim was a great host. Everything was great and other than check in instructions we didn't need to contact him.

Lovely location! The perfect peaceful getaway. Close enough to explore Santa Cruz, Capitola, and Monterey. Golf cart to the beach for a day in the sun or just explore the property. Will make this an annual thing.

Nice penthouse apartment with convenient access from the garage, close to a lot of good restaurants and stores.

Very nice place. A little difficult to find but instructions are accurate. Tracy was very responsive when I had trouble (of my own fault). The apartment was clean and quiet. Everything worked well. Very convenient in a nice neighborhood.

The location of the condo was superb. The few minute walk to the beach was so convenient and the view was breathtaking. Everything was clean inside and the parking garage was directly around the corner. I would come here again.

We stayed here with our 3-year-old son and all had a wonderful time! The unit we were in was exceptionally clean, quiet, and even had a small view of the ocean! The playground, pool, and beach were all right outside our door and were the highlight of our stay. Trader Joe’s and Target were less than 10 minutes away which was great too. It was a perfect spot to stay as we ventured through Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur. Although, the condo was so relaxing we easily could have just stayed put the entire time! Would definitely love to come back! Thanks for being such a great host and for the excellent communication and quick responses!

Spacious unit right on the beach. Great view from dining area while enjoying morning coffee. Direct access to beach or boardwalk for walks with the dog. Easy access to all activities in Monterey county. This could become an annual retreat goal.

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Perfect stay in Palo Alto! The place was very comfortable and spacious in a peaceful area and in walking distance from the town. We really enjoyed our time there and April and the team were super helpful and responsive to any questions or needs.

Staying at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, with everything I could need—toiletries to fast Wi-Fi .The host went above and beyond, checking in to ensure everything was perfect. It felt less like a rental and more like a five-star boutique hotel with the heart of a home. I truly didn’t want to leave!” This is a real heartfelt space in the middle of my home town that provided the soulful connection to home.

Kristina’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. Breath taking ocean views and a short 5 minutes down to the beach. We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. What a beautiful villa! the view was amazing. The beach looks much closer in person, and the hosts were great.We loved it and would recommend to everyone.

Had a wonderful time at this Seascape 1 bedroom unit. It has all the comforts of home plus an amazing view of the ocean. It was well stocked with everything you need. Tyler was very responsive when I needed help with the television remote control. Without a doubt one of the best places to stay in the area.

David was a fabulous host!!! He was kind, accommodating, and quick to respond! The villa was a perfect location and the view was beautiful! The location is central to the pool & spa and restaurant. The villa was top notch, with several additional high quality touches which made the stay even more enjoyable. From the YETI mugs and YETI ice box, to the JBL speaker and coffee station. The bedding and decor was gorgeous and the vibe of the villa is coastal chic and peaceful! The guest book at the villa is so unique too! I 100% recommend this villa and David! Great place! Short walk to the beach, walk to restaurants, updated bathrooms, floors etc, beautiful, modern decor, clean, dazzling ocean view from all the windows. Little touches of care, like sunscreen in the cabinet, ketchup in the fridge, and plenty of interesting books in the night stand, really put this place over the top! Will book again!
