I stuen er der spisebord, sofa (sove), 2 kurvestole, integreret køkken med opvaskermaskine, køleskab med lille fryser, ovn og lille kogeplade. Egen indgang og egen terrasse med 6 siddepladser. Grill stilles til rådighed. Aircon forefindes. Det betaler du ekstra for ved brug (det aftaler vi, når du kommer). Gratis parkering på hele Gilleleje havn.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Huset ligger i skønne rolige naturomgivelser ned til Esrum Å. Fra huset er der udsigt til have, Å og marker. Ved siden af huset ligger hovedhuset hvor der somme tider kan være nogen. Huset står flot med lækkert køkken og bad og alt hvad et hus skal have. 10 min gang fra skøn sandstrand. Huset har udover en stor dobbeltseng til 2 personer en 140 cm boxmadras på hemsen. Der er fri adgang til kajakker, SUP, bålsted, cykler og fiskestænger. Nyt VILDMARKSBAD og ISBAD er mod betaling.

The bedroom with the old stable door, family room with wood-burning stove, kitchen and toilet and bath with underfloor heating form the framework for a different and lovely holiday home. A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Dejligt lille selvstændigt hus i fredeligt villakvarter. Nyetableret med eget bad og velfungerende køkkenområde. Lille soveværelse med 140 cm bred seng, samt sovesofa i stuen. Bedst egnet til den lille familie eller nogen der kender hinanden godt. Dejlig terrasse med sol hele dagen. 1.000 m til Gilleleje centrum og stranden. 500 m til Gilbjergstien. Fra midt juni til midt august er det kun muligt at booke 7 dage fra lørdag til lørdag.
