We loved our stay here! We walked to Starbucks for coffee in the morning and walked to Fat Cats for movies and arcade in the afternoon. I’m the evening we enjoyed walking to burgers and the local brewery. There is a convenient grocery store nearby as well. The house had everything needed. We had a good time playing pool on the billiards table and playing in the pool to cool off. The beds were comfortable and our kids loved the toys that were available. I would love to stay here again in the future!

It's a very nice home to stay! Great location, close to Payson, private, in great condition, clean. It was very easy to find. Randy is absolutely amazing host! He responded very quickly to all my questions, accommodated all our needs! The house has everything you need, 2 different coffee machines, nice big refrigerator, 2 TVs, good! internet, Netflix, a lot of nice sofas, washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms!, outside furniture, fireplace. The house was very beautiful, and that view was even more spectacular. The host was very responsive and gave clear directions.. There were a few unreported dings and scratches to furniture and wall within the property, but once we notified the host they were addresses. Overall, great stay and host.

We cannot say enough great things about Josh. He went so above and beyond to help us through our stay while visiting a very sick family member in the hospital there. The house is very cute, quiet, and perfectly clean! The layout is perfect for a family. There were lot of extra towels, many dishes and glasses — the kitchen is large! The pool and hot tub were excellent and were just a short walk away. We’ve spent every weekend in PHX for a month and this was our favorite Airbnb. Just know that if you have a larger car (we have a full size SUV) it will NOT make it into the garage. We had to park quite far away on the street both nights, but it was manageable, especially considering how great the place is and the incredible price. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much, Josh. You really were so kind and thoughtful during this difficult time for us, and your townhome gave us a peaceful place to rest.

Our group loved staying here for a long weekend! The house was big and very comfortable for our group of 4. We loved having the pool in the hot desert ! It was also close to the Salt River which made it very convenient. We’d def stay here again. Thank you!

I felt welcomed and the neighborhood felt safe. Due to scheduling conflicts, I was not able to meet the host, but he was proactive, gave recommendations, and frequently asked if I needed anything. I enjoyed my stay, and if you stay at Tom’s place, I hope you will too.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as peaceful and calm as the first time. The house included everything we needed and was just as described. We had a minor hiccup with the place but they were very prompt to respond and make things right as soon as we reached out. Overall, a very relaxing getaway for our family and I’d highly recommend.

We enjoyed our time at Melody’s place! The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed (towels were nicely stocked!) The pool was great. Being able to park in the garage was nice too as it was hot out. We were only there for a short time and didn’t get to explore the area, but would recommend staying here if you are coming to San Tan Valley.

Really enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice & clean. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, plus lots of other handy things were already in place. The hosts were extremely responsive, and the garden with the pool, bbq grill & lounge area was such a great spot to hang out. Highly recommend!

The home was perfect, the pool was perfect, and it was everything promised. Our entire purpose of visiting was to recharge and enjoy our family, and Ryan's home gave us the perfect place to do that. This home is in a peaceful area and has a magnificent view of the mountain. We loved playing in and relaxing by the pool during the day and sitting outside watching the mountain change colors as the sun went down. The host left snacks and wine and stuff for breakfast! So thoughtful! We loved staying here and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

This home is not only beautiful, but immaculate, open, bright, and well-appointed with plenty of room and modern, clean furnishings and appliances. It's located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the pool, fitness center and community center; is easy to find, and has all the amenities - beautiful patio, grill, gas cooktop, R/O water, and more. We visit Rio Verde regularly and would absolutely stay here again. Joel is a wonderful host - not only popping by twice during our stay to resolve a TV issue - but also being flexible with our check-in, which we truly appreciated. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a great stay. My husband and I were amazed at how clean everything was. The linens were fine hotel quality. The extras were over the top from bathroom toiletries to fully functional kitchen. We would for sure stay here again and highly recommend it to friends and family.

I had an amazing stay in Miami, Arizona! The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The views were absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of thought and care into the space. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We just got back from the Serenity Cabin and LOVED it. Brad and Maria were great hosts - cabin as described, clean and comfortable, great supplies / amenities, and a couple of unexpected treats. We felt right at home. We actually had several activities planned in the surrounding area, but quickly realized how much we enjoyed the peacefulness of the backyard / covered porch and our plans changed! The hammock, string lights, clean and relaxing hot tub, apple tree!, terraced yard, and solar fire flies...it was such a nice place to spend a long weekend. The cabin is rustic and cozy, but very nicely decorated and extremely clean. Towels and bedding comfy. Although in a neighborhood with other homes situated adjacent and the main road just a bit away, the home was very quiet. We sat outside and never heard anything but crickets. We're thankful for the experience and can't wait to return. Thank you, Brad and Maria!

The cabin was a peaceful get away. Perfect place to stay as we went fishing in the lakes nearby. The cabin was clean and comfy and Suzanne was very helpful when it came to us arriving a little early and checking out a little late. Would definitely recommend for someone wanting some peace and quiet in nature.
