House holiday rentals in Gila County

We stayed for seven nights over spring break April, 2025. Super host, Sam, and he deserves that title, was gracious and accommodating. He responds quickly to inquiries and is eager to help. Check-in was a breeze and checking out was simple. There is not a lot expected of the guests. Thank you for that. The property itself was very comfortable for us. Everything we needed, and I mean everything, was provided - in the kitchen and in the bathrooms and in the linen closet. The home has a spacious great room that included the kitchen, dining and living room overlooking the swimming pool and golf course. We felt at home immediately. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in the area. It is near restaurants and shopping. The roads are easily maneuvered to get to wherever you’re going. Our weather in April was delightful about 75 to 80° most days.

We loved our stay here! We walked to Starbucks for coffee in the morning and walked to Fat Cats for movies and arcade in the afternoon. I’m the evening we enjoyed walking to burgers and the local brewery. There is a convenient grocery store nearby as well. The house had everything needed. We had a good time playing pool on the billiards table and playing in the pool to cool off. The beds were comfortable and our kids loved the toys that were available. I would love to stay here again in the future!

Great place, would be great place for tournaments at az athletic grounds! Very clean, lots of space for spreading out! Great pool overall enjoyed our weekend and would come back anytime.

We cannot say enough great things about Josh. He went so above and beyond to help us through our stay while visiting a very sick family member in the hospital there. The house is very cute, quiet, and perfectly clean! The layout is perfect for a family. There were lot of extra towels, many dishes and glasses — the kitchen is large! The pool and hot tub were excellent and were just a short walk away. We’ve spent every weekend in PHX for a month and this was our favorite Airbnb. Just know that if you have a larger car (we have a full size SUV) it will NOT make it into the garage. We had to park quite far away on the street both nights, but it was manageable, especially considering how great the place is and the incredible price. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much, Josh. You really were so kind and thoughtful during this difficult time for us, and your townhome gave us a peaceful place to rest.

Very nice home. Clean and wonderful layout for the family. Master was huge. The kid room was perfect for the kids. Pool was fun, overall a wonderful stay.

Perfect home to stay in with family. Home had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and Moe was responsive. Last min we needed to do a later checkout due to having to take our daughter to urgent care. Moe understanding and nice enough to make this accommodation. Wished us a safe trip back home and that our daughter felt better soon. Overall amazing stay!

Our stay at Sandra's place in the Superstition Mountains was fantastic! The home was spotless and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the different surrounding cities, and we especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Sandra was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay with a view in Apache Junction. We would love to stay here again if we return to the area.

If you get the chance to stay here do it! This place is beautiful and super peaceful. A great place to be to unwind at the end of the day. The back deck is amazing and has fantastic views. Within minutes to shopping and restaurants. David was a great host. Very communicative with any questions I had and went above and beyond for me! Next time I am in town I hope to be able to stay here again. Hands down best experience I’ve ever had at an air b and b!

Seriously, if I could rate Lisa's place 10 stars, I would. Such a peaceful paradise, House is amazing, the playground for my daughter, the pool, and the view of the mountains. it is better than what we hoped for. As for the host, Lisa is absolutely amazing, and I can't wait to go back.

Really enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice & clean. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, plus lots of other handy things were already in place. The hosts were extremely responsive, and the garden with the pool, bbq grill & lounge area was such a great spot to hang out. Highly recommend!

Place was very nice and walking distance to Ramsey Park! Michael is very responsive to any needs which was much appreciated! Game room with pool table and darts was a big plus for the family/kids!

Home was exactly what we needed. Stocked with everything, immaculately clean, and spacious.

This home is not only beautiful, but immaculate, open, bright, and well-appointed with plenty of room and modern, clean furnishings and appliances. It's located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the pool, fitness center and community center; is easy to find, and has all the amenities - beautiful patio, grill, gas cooktop, R/O water, and more. We visit Rio Verde regularly and would absolutely stay here again. Joel is a wonderful host - not only popping by twice during our stay to resolve a TV issue - but also being flexible with our check-in, which we truly appreciated. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Stephanie’s place was a great space to unwind and enjoy a nice quiet weekend. The place was well maintained and had all the amenities we needed. The restaurants were less than 10 minutes away, there are some beautiful hiking trails within 30 minutes of the house, but we were far enough out of town to see the stars at night. This was no doubt one of our favorite places to stay at for weekend.

It’s so refreshing to go to an Airbnb that really accommodates and seems to love your dogs! We took 2 human kiddos too, but having dog bowls, a fenced yard, etc. for the dogs really stood out. It’s hard to find Airbnb’s that are dog-friendly and I get it. But I also think most of us are trying really hard to make sure our pups are welcome back! Also appreciated how well labeled and supplied the entire place was but especially the kitchen! Another thing we noticed worth mentioning is that there were no strong scents (on either linens or like plug ins) but the house was so clean it didn’t need them and we appreciate not being blown away with artificial fragrance! Bob was super responsive and easy to contact. This location is close to Payson but “remote” enough to feel peaceful and quiet. Overall 10/10 would recommend and I’m guessing each of Bob’s listings is up to the same standard!
