Villa holiday rentals in Gignac

The house is supernice, the garden and pool is beautiful and Isabelle and her husband is a delight. The couple are very friendly and answers quickly any questions. It felt like meeting family 😊 We didn’t know that the downstairs of the house would be rented out to others until we got there. It is not very soundproof between the floors. Still it is quite private outside. We traveled two friends with our 6 kids and the house was spacious for all of us. Some felt the mattresses were too hard, but that is a matter of opinion. They even gave us two extra mattresses we could put on the floor to make room for 3 in two of the rooms. The pool area is very nice and was used extensively 😄 There where plenty of towels in the bathrooms to use in the house and by the pool. We were well taken care of. The small town is sweet and have some restaurants and a shop, but it’s good to have a car if you’re going somewhere else. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again 🤩

Villa propre et dans un cadre paisible ! Les 2 suites du rez de chaussée sont spacieuses et confortable ce qui est moins qualitatif sur la chambre et SDB du niveau inférieur. Précision : avec des enfants en bas âge, sachez que le rideau de protection de la piscine n’est pas fonctionnel. Hôte très réactif, organisation, préparation et arrivée dans la maison parfaite Cadre et terrasse époustouflant

We were only there for two night but it was an amazing stop on our travels and truly a hidden gem. Linda was an amazing host who worked with us beautifully on our changing arrival time and gave us a great run down of the property when we arrived. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you Linda!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment ! La maison est vraiment très belle, et avoir la plage à seulement 10 minutes à pied est un vrai luxe. C'était très agréable de passer un week-end sans avoir besoin de toucher à la voiture.

La villa est bien équipée, le jardin est sans vis à vis et très agréable , merci à Béatrice qui a été sympathique et accueillante!

We stayed in the house for two weeks at the end of July, the villa was spotless and exactly as described with every amenity you could want. The outside area was a particular highlight with a full outdoor kitchen, seating areas, and a great pool with a separate relaxation pool that we used all the time. There was plenty of both sun and shade on the terrace throughout the day. The villa is in a quiet location and not overlooked, we found it to be really relaxing and peaceful. The village is a short walk away with regular market and small shops and bars, and a supermarket is a five minute drive away. Géraldine and Laurent were fantastic hosts who met us on arrival and gave us plenty of great local recommendations. We did not need to contact them during the stay but always felt we could if we needed to. We had a wonderful two weeks in the villa, and hope to return again soon.

Villa was perfect, with everything we needed. Local shop was unreliable and closed sometimes , so we had to drive to hyper market . Pool was great and hot tub. Bedrooms were comfortable and nicely laid out.

Dieses Haus ist ein Traum! Wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Der Garten, der Pool und die ganze Ausstattung im Haus ist perfekt. Es fehlt an Nichts, besonders toll ist es mit Kindern, denn es hat viele tolle Spielsachen und vieles Mehr (Wickeltisch, Hochstühle, Lernturm, Baby und Kinderbett). Das Haus ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich gleich sehr wohlfühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und in den Zimmern hat es viel Stauraum. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiter! Die Kommunikation mit Maxime war sehr einfach. Er ist sehr freundlich und hat uns immer sehr schnell geantwortet.

Sinan was attentive, responded quickly, and was flexible. The house was clean and nice and lived up to the pictures. However, we missed having a larger grill, which would probably have improved the overall experience for us. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly come back.

Séjour exceptionnel !!! Nous avons passés un agréable séjour à 12, « Sans se marcher dessus «  Les 2 logements, les extérieurs et la piscine étaient très propres ! Une chambre à rdc avec douche et toilette a permis à notre cousin en situation de handicap de pouvoir profiter des vacances également. Laura et son mari ont été hyper disponibles, à l’écoute et hyper réactif . La cuisine à proximité de la piscine est vraiment top et très bien équipée. Ce qui n’est pas mentionné mais qui nous paraît être un vrai plus , c’est le garage qui peut contenir largement 2 voitures . En ce qui concerne les moustiques, 🦟 ils étaient au rdv mais cela nous a pas empêché de pouvoir manger dehors le soir . La piscine est juste parfaite pour se rafraîchir (env 4x4 m) . Et pour finir, les commerces à proximité nous permettent de faire les courses sans utiliser la voiture . La mer se trouve à 5km . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!! C’était génial et beaucoup de choses à visiter !!!!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und war jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Im Haus gibt alles was man braucht. Vorallem der der Wunderschöne Pool hat unseren 3 Kindern viel Freude bereitet. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe logement, la villa est spacieuse, confortable, on s'y sent bien. Rien ne manque, elle est très bien équipée, bien agencée et avec une belle décoration. Il est possible de stationner devant la maison. Le tram est à proximité. La communication avec Ludovic a été fluide! A refaire

Que dire de cette magnifique maison qui est encore plus belle que sur les photos ! La maison est propre et bien rangée. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents pour passer un très bon moment en famille. Les endroits les plus fréquentés de Montpellier sont à proximité, les plages sont magnifiques et à 10 minutes en voiture. Un grand merci à Jose et son épouse pour l’accueil chaleureux, la disponibilité pour répondre à nos demandes et au travail qu’ils mettent en œuvre pour rendre heureux les voyageurs. Je reviendrai sans hésitation. À bientôt.

Tranquility Conciergerie etait tout a fait disponible et reagissait rapidement, avec patience et sourire a nos soliciations.

Tout simplement genial !! Christophe a pris le temps de m'expliquer tout ce dont j'avais besoin de savoir. il est très accueillant et sympathique le logement était vraiment propre, très bien équipé et fonctionnel (1 salle de bain par chambre!!!) les chambres sont assez indépendantes les une avec les autres et avec la pièce à vivre. la literie est top. plusieurs coins salon sont disponibles pour se poser encore mieux que sur les photos!! le rapport qualité prix est vraiment sans concurrence. bref si vous hésitez encore c'est le bon choix !!

Maison correspondant parfaitement à la description. Très jolie et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Très très bien équipée. Le jardin et la piscine un vrai petit coin de Paradis. J'y reviendrai à coup sûr. Merci pour tout Mélanie.

We’ve just returned from a week‘s stay at this beautiful location. Everything is as described and even better than pictured. The house was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 kids) and the kitchen has everything one could need. There is also an electric bbq outside, which we used a couple of times as well. There is a lovely gazebo out by the pool where we ate all of our meals. And the pool itself was definitely the highlight for the kids. It is nice and big and clean and was the perfect temperature. The garden was my personal favorite as it is so big, absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The location is very quiet and private and since we had a car we never attempted to walk to Pézenas so I’m not sure how long this would take but the drive was about 10 min to the grocery store. Driving to the beach (we went to Sète) took about 40 min. The hosts are lovely and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and quiet vacation in south France.

When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! Bravo to our 5-Star host and hostess - thank you!

Un séjour parfait dans une villa magnifique ! Nous étions un groupe de 10 personnes et tout s’est très bien passé. La maison est spacieuse, propre, bien équipée et conforme à l’annonce. L’environnement est calme et agréable, idéal pour se détendre. Chloé a été très réactif et accueillante, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons cette villa les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec plaisir ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Rien ! C’est ce qu’il manque dans ce logement ! L’accueil d’Angelique a été parfait, elle a été disponible et très adaptable pour nous. Le logement est impeccable et tout y est pour passer un excellent moment en famille ou entre amis. Les boissons au frais à notre arrivée ont été très appréciées. Tout a été pensé avec goût et superbement décoré. L’extérieur est splendide, entre la piscine, le jacuzzi, le trampoline pour les enfants, tout le monde y trouve son compte. L’environnement est très calme et on peut aller faire de petites balades depuis la maison. Cerise sur le gâteau nos chiens étaient les bienvenus.

Me and my family stayed for 5 nights at Virginie’s property. The place was really beautiful and well equipped. She was a really responsive host and there to greet us and came back at check out too. She was super friendly and great with local recommendations. We loved our stay and would definitely return!
