the house was beautiful with lots of amenities. it was super close to everything we wanted to visit in Tampa. there was a nice Chicken theme in the dogs had a great time as well!! I would definitely recommend

This Airbnb was amazing! The house was clean and well organized. Ruta thought of everything from kitchen utensils and cookware to recreational games and equipment. There were plenty of chilled waters available to us in the refrigerator as well as extras in the garage refrigerator. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable and complimented by multiple choices of pillows and blankets. The pool area is very nice with clean refreshing water and an intimate setting. There is plenty of living space to spread out as well as a game room with a pro-sized pool table. There is a variety of card games and even a poker set. Additionally a pack and play is provided by the host. I would definitely book this home again and will refer it to friends and family. Ruta really thought of everything.! 🤗🎊🥳🙌🏽

The vibes in this place are absolutely on point. The backyard feels like a beautiful relaxing fortress. Grill was in great shape and there was plenty of seating. It's very close to Raymond James Stadium. Only downside of the location is there aren't a ton of nice restaurants around. A quick Uber trip will get you where you want to be, though. Love the plants, decor, the AC is strong, and the kitchen has all the basic cooking tools you'd expect. Will rebook here!

This was a charming house with a perfect space for relaxing. Close to shops that have all the amenities you may need. Host was explicit in instructions and provided all the basic necessities. Very happy I chose this little oasis for our mini vacation.

I was in the Tampa Bay Area. visiting family, and booked William’s place for myself, my adult children, 3 year old grandson and pet. There was plenty of space for everyone. His place is an oasis. Absolutely beautiful! The home was very, very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There are 2 and 1/2 baths, but we were fine. The pool was a major hit for my grandson. Having a private, beautiful pool area, and a gate for the dog, was perfect for our family getaway. William was very responsive, answering questions and concerns quickly. I highly recommend his place! You will feel right at home!

Lucille s place was very comfortable and had everything you would need for your stay plus added touches not usually seen at other rentals, such as magnifying mirror, lit up mirrors in bathrooms, make up removal packets with a black washcloth so no makeup stains.The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for cooking. the yard for the dogs had a fence with no "escape holes". I have stayed in many Airbnb and I can honestly say Lucille has everything covered. I would definitely stay again.

Great little piece of pleasure and affordable! John and Abbey were more than accommodating for our needs and made every attempt possible to make us feel at home! I did not want to leave as this felt like our home away from home. Thank you again John and abbey. We will be visiting the new Airbnb soon ;)

Melissa’s location was amazing. I would absolutely stay there again when I’m in the area and absolute recommendation for anybody looking to stay in riverview area.

Great place and awesome Host!

We really enjoyed ourselves in the home. It was everything we expected. We were able to get in the pool before the rain started. All in all we were very pleased with our stay. Definitely be renting this place again! Good job Travis

We loved this place!! My family and I stayed for the weekend for my oldest son's college graduation and were so happy to have found this gem! The pool was fantastic. They went crazy for the pool table! The kitchen is much bigger than expected and the couch is amazingly comfortable. Jeannette and Nathaniel are very proactive and fast with their communication. We loved this place! Highly recommend and will be back for sure!

Matthew's home was beautiful, clean and exactly how it was described in the listing. Matthew answered all of my questions very quickly and was kind and friendly. The neighborhood was very nice and upscale, it was peaceful and I felt very safe staying there. The pool was such a nice treat and clean with lots of seating. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need a place in Tampa, so close to the airport, Steinbrenner Field and the football stadium, so convenient! Thank you Matthew!!

Nice and clean property. The area felt very safe. Lots of food and grocery options within 1-2 miles.

Great area. I knew it was near a bar area so noise was expected. I was able to walk an enjoy all that I wanted while I was in town.

Stayed at this unit for a second time, I really enjoyed my time here. The place had all of the amenities you would need to make yourself feel at home whether you’re there for a short or long term visit, it’s also really comfortable. Additionally, whenever I had questions or requests, Ryan was very responsive and friendly in our interactions.

Hosts were very responsive. Pool was great. Do wish it had a railing to help get in and out of the pool. The only other problem was the number of light bulbs that need to be replaced, and a little more silverware would have been nice.

All right I'm going to get straight to the point. Samantha was very friendly and definitely a super host. The place was immaculate and felt like home. I brought my portable desk with me only to find out she provided a portable desk, hangers in the closet if needed and a hamper for your laundry. Cookware, plates, cups and eating utensils. Towels and washcloths. The other thing that shocked me is I forgot certain small items only to get there and to see that she provides tissue, hand soap, flushable wipes, body wash and shampoo, even down to coffee and condiments. When I say it felt like home, It really felt like I was at home. Also both of the TVs in the home are smart TVs and offer Hulu, Netflix, Etc. So you can still have your entertainment if needed. Short distance to shopping areas and restaurants. This was my first solo stay at an Airbnb and I definitely will be returning here whenever I come back to visit family. 5 stars for me!!

This place was beautiful inside and out! Super clean! Kitchen was very well stocked. Bathrooms were all clean and stocked with enough toiletries for our stay! We had more than enough room for our guests! Pool was clean upon arrival and spa worked perfectly! Oh and the beds were really comfortable! We enjoyed our stay and will return! Hosts were very responsive even during late hours when we had questions and concerns! Look forward to booking in the near future.

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay where we could cook some meals while visiting our son in south Tampa. Harris’s place has a full kitchen which was nice. We had the entire cottage to ourselves. Parking was right out front in the driveway. The cottage was clean and in a nice safe area in Tampa. We will definitely stay here again.

The Alafia River House did not disappoint. Check in was easy with helpful photos & directions. The neighborhood is pretty quiet but yet close to everything too. The house is tucked in right on the river, the yard is lush & Florida tropical, it is the perfect place to sit & read, eat a meal or take a nap. Watching the chickens and surrounding nature are an added bonus. The home is old with character, but so clean & refreshing. All the things you need and more are carefully stowed in antique furniture. Martha is easy to contact, but you shouldn’t need anything. The kitchen is up to date & has all of the extra things that you probably forgot to bring. My husband and I had a sweet trip & the Alafia River House was a gem. Thank you Martha.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my stay! Kenny (hosts) were the best I’ve ever had—incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel right at home. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed (and more). He went above and beyond to make sure my trip was comfortable and memorable. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, but this experience really stood out. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone without hesitation. Thank you again for everything!
