A beautiful place in stunning nature. Perfect for people who love nature and tranquility. Narrow paths, but quite easy to reach by car. Walking to S. Stefano about 4km is no problem - some fitness required. Lovingly designed accommodation, absolutely clean. Everything you need is there. Upon our arrival, there was even a bouquet of flowers on the terrace table! We experienced absolutely relaxing and unforgettable days and could well imagine coming back again.

Marco’s place is in the heart of Montichiello village, perched atop a hill with beautiful views. We stayed one night during our biking trip from Siena and wished we could have stayed longer! Marco is a kind and thoughtful host. The apartment is clean, stylish, and comfortable, with spotless bathrooms and a great shower. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a cozy table for meals. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep the space cool in summer. The apartment is on the first floor, reached by stairs lined with flower pots, and features a charming bookshelf at the entrance. On the ground floor, there’s a storage room where we safely stored our bikes alongside Marco’s. It also has a washing machine and dryer available. A local grocery store is just 300 meters away. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in this lovely village!

A fantastic place to relax. We were looking for tranquility and relaxation and got our money's worth. A beautiful house with sea views and sea access. We got quick help when we needed a screw that we had lost on a device from us.

my partner and I stayed 3 nights and we wish we stayed longer! The place was very clean and our hosts were very friendly, always greeted us with a smile and their lovely pets in the morning. The countryside around the house is also stunning. I highly recommend if you looking for something serene and cozy. you're 10mins away from a town to do groceries and pick up local amazing fried fish.

We loved our time at Luca's place. We visited Tuscany with our college aged kids. Luca's house was comfortable and welcoming. We went out for a few meals, but also enjoyed preparing foods in the wonderful kitchen. We ate dinners together and played board games on the spacious kitchen table. It was homey. We called it "cucina magica" because all of the foods we cooked came out so perfectly. This is a wonderful home in a lovely setting with hiking trails from the backyard. We spent several mornings at the nearby hot springs. What a treat! Luca was communicative and helpful with all of our questions.

We had a truly amazing stay at Andrea’s home. We were welcomed by his parents with a home made cake, jam and wine from a local winery. When planning the trip with our parents and 12 month old, we wanted somewhere we could enjoy amenities of the home, but also be close enough to day trip to different locations in Tuscany. This was the perfect spot! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as day trips to Florence, Grosseto and Siena. Andrea provided amazing recommendations on local places to visit, as well as advising that taking the bus to Florence from Paganico. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and host for our extended family trip to Tuscany!

A stunning property in the Tuscan hills, with the small village of Ribolla nearby with local amenities. Friendly welcoming hosts, set on a winery. Facilities second to none, absolutely gorgeous swimming pool and view across the value. Will definitely be returning. Take your iPad if you need to watch any tv! Bellissimo!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

We just checked out of this wonderful villa today, and it has truly been one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived with my husband’s parents, my husband, and our toddler, and from the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. Alex greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the villa and the property, and provided detailed printed information about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and wine tours. The property also produces its own wine, which was available for purchase and could be conveniently delivered to our villa during our stay. Alex shared his contact number and made himself available in case we needed anything—which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the vineyard and offering breathtaking views. It was the perfect setting to disconnect and truly live in the moment. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Thank you Alex!

What can I say, staying at the bridge apartment with Fabrizio was a wonderful vacation: clean house, with a breathtaking view and a beautiful swimming pool. Fabrizio is a very kind host. Francesco was super helpful, he picked us up at the port and took us back, and he was no less flexible at check-out since we had the ship in the afternoon. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

We loved our stay so much we extended for another two nights! The area is very private so make sure you have a rental car and purchase groceries. Lots of cute towns close by but nothing within walking distance. The pool was great and we almost had the place to ourselves. The second two days had more guests around which was nice as well. The hosts were lovely and friendly and available for any questions. Great spot!

Beautiful property. Staff were amazing, responsive and friendly. Location ideal for visiting other cities by car. Exactly as pictured. Breakfast which was added on a day to day basis was spectacular. Very relaxing sitting on patio and by the pool.

Great place to stay. The drive on the main road was great we had to have him meet us and direct us there. I would suggest parking at the top and making the walk down! Angelo was a great host and showed us everywhere on the island!

Good location close to the city. Convenient parking and public charging for EVs nearby. Also close to several beaches to explore by car or bike.

Top location with beautiful sea views of Monte Argentario, best to eat at home and enjoy views. 15-20 min drive to St. Stefano 30 min to Ercole direct path via sandy road of 3.5 km not recommended. No direct beach access to cala Olivia, beaches cala del Morte and Canelle (beach bar restaurant there during the week highly recommended Scampi in hot tomato sauce and polpo) nearby 5-8 min by car Accommodation 5 stars for 2 persons with dog . Allessandra always helps and gives good tips . Hikes very nice see Komoot take a lot of water with you...

Excellent accommodation close to the sea. The house absolutely corresponds to the photo, modern repair and design, there are all necessary things for a comfortable stay (towels, washing machine, mosquito net, air conditioners, washing liquids, iron). Convenient car parking next to the house. Stefania and Leontina are wonderful hosts.

What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm! Thank you for everything Andrea. We definitely plan to come back!

Can’t recommend this enough. Beautiful and unique accommodations in a picturesque setting. Leonie and Nico and their family are wonderful, and make you feel like part of a local family in Tuscany. We will definitely be back one day.
