Lucia was always very kind and welcoming. The property is very organized, suitable for everyone. Also perfect for families, a lot of care for the spaces and accessories for children. The courtyard with breakfast bar is also very nice. We had a great time.

We just checked out of this wonderful villa today, and it has truly been one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived with my husband’s parents, my husband, and our toddler, and from the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. Alex greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the villa and the property, and provided detailed printed information about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and wine tours. The property also produces its own wine, which was available for purchase and could be conveniently delivered to our villa during our stay. Alex shared his contact number and made himself available in case we needed anything—which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the vineyard and offering breathtaking views. It was the perfect setting to disconnect and truly live in the moment. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Thank you Alex!

If you stay here, you will find yourself in a painting, so beautiful is this cottage located in the mountains! Lucca is really super nice and funny. He tells a lot. The restaurant they run is fine too, and good food! The breakfast is very good. We definitely recommend this cottage!

Fantastic abode hidden below the village of Saturnia. The property is fantastic, and has sunshine all day beating down on the garden and pool area. The house has everything you'd need, well kitted out kitchen, and all bedrooms are en-suite. AC worked well, so good sleeping wasn't lacking. The outdoor grill area and living room were also great, especially at night while watching the stars and listening to the nature all around. And for our group, which included 5 kids and a couple of digital nomads, the wi-fi kept up to keep everyone satisfied. I'd stay again in a heartbeat and look forward to being back in Saturnia.

Staying at the Valentini farm is like a family experience. Chiara, Luca and Giovanni immediately made us feel at home, with a warm welcome received upon our arrival and with so much availability, friendliness, affability and attention throughout the holiday, but without any intrusion. The estate is a place to regenerate, immersed in nature and in the endless expanses of vineyards and olive trees, which the Valentini family takes care of with so much love. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and an intimate outdoor space to fully enjoy the stay, with shared areas where vacationers have the utmost mutual respect. In addition to the naturalistic experience, the pool is one of the highlights to enjoy on hot days. Finally, the farm is in a strategic position that gives access to the main local attractions (from the sea to the hill, from the crystal clear waters to the medieval towns) just a few kilometers by car. It was the experience we were looking for and what we recommend.

Amazing 2 levels house with private pool and everything and anything you might need. Brand new appliances, beautifully furnished, plenty of bathrooms, quiet area. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Plenty to do in the surroundings. We highly recommend it!!

Top location with beautiful sea views of Monte Argentario, best to eat at home and enjoy views. 15-20 min drive to St. Stefano 30 min to Ercole direct path via sandy road of 3.5 km not recommended. No direct beach access to cala Olivia, beaches cala del Morte and Canelle (beach bar restaurant there during the week highly recommended Scampi in hot tomato sauce and polpo) nearby 5-8 min by car Accommodation 5 stars for 2 persons with dog . Allessandra always helps and gives good tips . Hikes very nice see Komoot take a lot of water with you...

Stefania was super nice to wait for us despite we were later for 3 hours. Her house was very beautiful and lots of space for 10 of us. Everyone can have their own space on the balcony or terrace. Can have BBQ too. House was very well equipped with everything that we expected. Had a wonderful time. Thank you.

We were very impressed with the location. The old fort is very authentic and a great location overlooking the harbour. Don’t have a a lot of luggage as the steps from the moat up to the accommodation level are steep. Also, a large car may struggle to get through the automated door. We loved the unusual location and were able to walk down to the harbour and all the splendid restaurants. Takes about 15 minutes !

a week with the sea in front of the house, lido or free beach, very clean water, boats far from the shore. Very cool apartment. Hot water with outdoor and indoor shower. Host who provided me with precise directions and in a very short time, solving all my problems. Restaurants nearby, even on foot. Porto Santo Stefano 4 minutes by car, Orbetello 6 km. Road a little busy and noisy, but the entrance is at the back.

Very comfortable accommodations and gorgeous property and views

From check in to check out, everything was amazing! The home was so comfortable and the rooms were large and nicely furnished. The grounds were well maintained with planters lining the terrace. The terrace overlooks the vineyards. The views were spectacular! We were provided a selection of wines that we could enjoy and purchase at the end of our stay. In addition, we were able to take advantage of enjoying a meal prepared by Chef Francesco at the property. It was perfect! We highly recommend Giovanni’s listing!

We had such a lovely stay at Paolo's place in Montepulciano! The location was beautiful and the pool was a highlight! They also had a little playground which was great for our toddler. Paolo was very welcoming and gave great recommendations for places to eat. They grow olive trees on the property, so they provided a little bottle of homemade olive oil in the kitchen, which was delicious! Thanks for having us and we hope to come back in the future!

What a fabulous place - if you want to escape from it all, this is the place to come! Love the private pool too! Air conditioning in the bedroom was very good and appreciated. Olga and Max were very accommodating and answered questions very quickly. Maybe consider installing a BBQ outside the house otherwise could not fault it and we cannot wait to return!

This is an incredible villa in Tuscany, my girlfriend and I are excited about our vacation here! It’s a pity that we booked for only two days, next time we will book for a longer period. Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. The kitchen is very small and spartanly furnished. The communication was very good, the yard and the pool were wonderful!

The property is very nicely located in the middle of the countryside, the sea can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Enrico gives many tips for excursions and activities nearby upon arrival. The place itself was clean and well equipped, you have everything you need.

We had a great time! Super clean and spacious house with a nice outdoor area. Constanze was always super helpful and responded quickly. But be aware, you need a car and restaurants and supermarkets are not in walking distance. Thanks a lot for having us.

The view is stunning. The place is very private. Leonardo is very responsive. Definitely worth visiting La Pace, a lovely restaurant 5 mins walk away. 10/10 recommend

I cannot say enough about our trip to Martino’s villa. What a lovely villa in the cute town of San Casciano dei Bagni. We had a great family vacation, enjoying some of the smaller towns and a visit to Montepulciano . We enjoyed Eleanor’s cooking for us two nights- what an amazing chef! Martino was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I hope we can return one day!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated touches like fresh towels and the equipped kitchen. Our host Roberto was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. He made check-in seamless. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything we wanted to see and do.
