the apartment is very well located, easy access to all the main points of the city, in addition to having a breathtaking view. everything extremely clean, comfortable, clean and fragrant bedding. Maria Raquel is extremely kind and proactive. I recommend it with my eyes closed and would stay with Maria Raquel again!

Santiago was an excellent host, always attentive to everything. He helped me a lot during my stay, always willing to offer what I needed. The apartment is beautiful, as shown in the photos: clean, tidy and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. From the reception, the service was very good: they welcomed us with kindness, gave us clear instructions and then let us settle in peacefully. For those of us who enjoy cooking, the kitchen is well equipped. Maybe a knife sharpener and a vegetable peeler could be added, but overall everything was very good. The complex is also excellent: well-equipped gym and beautiful pools. The only thing I didn't like - although it doesn't have to do directly with the apartment - was the nearby beach, which has lost a bit of the tranquility it used to have. Now there are more pushy vendors offering massages and products, which can be uncomfortable for those looking to relax. I would definitely go back.

We were family plan 3 adults and my son, the stay was quite well, the apartment complied with everything promised and Sandra was a very kind host who explained everything very well when entering so much so that we did not have to communicate for anything in our time in the apartment. Amazing place where to stay if you are in Cartagena! Great location by the beach and pool downstairs! Balcony view was amazing and definitely our favorite spot for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner 🥰 apartment was modern, clean and with everything you need! Owners made sure we have everything for cooking(oil, seasonings, coffee) and we really appreciate that we didn’t have to buy all that 🙏 Definitely the place where we would love to come back! Thank you for having us !

We had a great stay at Evelyn's, the accommodation is amazing, we had all our breakfasts on the balcony that offered a magnificent view, and in the evening an exceptional sunset! Evlyn was very kind and arranged a lot for us, especially for the arrival times. She was also very concerned about our well-being so that we lacked nothing. We did almost everything on foot, because the accommodation is 30-35 min from the historic center of Cartagena, but 5-10 min by taxi. There is also a very good restaurant nearby. I recommend it, it was an incredible vacation

Our stay at Pedro's house was excellent. The place is very comfortable, clean and well equipped, ideal for resting. Pedro was an exceptional host: always cordial, proactive and very attentive to any needs we had, including the welfare of our pet, which we greatly appreciated. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to a main road and nearby public transport. In addition, a few minutes walk (5-10 min) there are shops, a vet and a beauty salon. Definitely recommended.

Of all the places I have stayed at, definitely in my top 5. It’s a shame that the AC is quite so noisy but I understand this is common throughout the building. Nevertheless, a great and comfortable place.

My second time here because I had a great experience here before and once again this place was great. Hosts were very prompt , helpful , and responded quick. Easy to communicate with . Gave great local resturant recommendations and advice for Cartagena. Place was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view . Building has 24 hour security and don't allow outsiders in. Building has nice pool and gym . Had a wash machine and dryer in the condo which was a plus. The location was perfect . About 10 minute cab ride to Centro and 20 minutes to airport , and 10 minutes to boat excursions for the islands. or tours. Grocery stores , stores , and local restaurants are within walking distance in the Bocagrande neighborhood. Next time I visit this will be my first choice .

Had an amazing time in Sandra''s place. The apartment was beautiful and pristine. The view from the balconies (28th floor) were amazing. The apartment itself is beautiful and well kept. You even have a small safe inside the main room. Sandra was a great host, always attentive to my concerns. I'd would definitely be back.

2 night stay in apt 1804 which was clean , modern and spacious. Had booked a smaller apartment but due to a problem with the a/c there host messaged and moved me to this 2 bedroom unit. Spotlessly clean with everything you could need. The apartment smelled amazing and the washer dryer unit was very useful. Views from the pool on level 30 were great too. Approx 6 min walk to supermarket and 10 mins to main area of restaurants. Delighted with this apartment and the host who was very helpful and responsive. Thanks so much x 🥰

Modern clean apartment facing the beach. Exactly like the photos and description. Quiet location you just need to get an uber into centro for restaurants but its not too far

The experience with Ruben was the best! The accommodation was just like the photos, with an excellent location and the service with Ruben was excellent, our flight left later than the check out and they kept our luggage while we were still visiting Cartagena! This accommodation and the experience are worth every dollar!

The accommodation is highly recommended, it is very close to the airport (it is two blocks away) the tourist areas are 15 minutes away by taxi, the reception, surveillance and cleaning staff are very friendly, our host Claudia responds immediately and is always attentive, without a doubt when I return to Cartagena I will stay there again!!
