The apartment is just like the photos, excellent location very centrally located , you get to everything walking less than 10 minutes, the vigilantes are 24 hours and very friendly all, only in front of the building there are too many homeless people sleeping in the streets and at night like it's a little scary to go out or walk again because of fear that they can do something for you, the super friendly host, he answers super fast , he is patient ,in my case I asked if I could go out an hour after check-out and he gave it to me in the best way , they leave you shower towel and for the pool they serve from 9 to 9 that was perfect for me, a super recommended apartment I'm waiting to return on my next trip

My recent stay was nothing short of 5-star, largely thanks to the extraordinary staff. While the property was beautiful and comfortable, it was the team's service that truly stood out. From the moment I booked, the communication was proactive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They consistently reached out to ensure I had everything I needed, answering questions quickly and making my entire visit feel seamless and supported. The level of service I received was reminiscent of a high quality hotel but with a personal, genuine touch that made me feel truly cared for.

We came to visit Cartagena for a week and really enjoyed our stay at Nico's apartment in the walled city. The apartment complex itself is very peaceful and we really enjoyed cooling off in the pool in the afternoons after walking around in the heat all day. Everything we needed was within walking distance - restaurants, grocery stores (we liked the Olímpica), museums, and meet-up points for tours. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances and salt/sugar/spices and Nico also supplied us with coffee, so we were able to make breakfasts and a few dinners at the apartment. We did not go to the beaches close to the apartment, but that might have been the one destination where we would have needed an Uber or taxi. Nico was a wonderful host and was extremely attentive and responsive with answering all of our questions and offering recommendations for the city. We would definitely stay here again!

Always a treat staying at this location. The best place to stay while being in close proximity to everything I mean everything!! This place also has HoT Water in the Shower! Simple pleasures. Hands down the best Airbnb host. Super responsive. Hotel treatment.

Really nice apartment in the historic center! A big plus was the washing machine and dryer in the house that we could use and the drinking water from te tap. The host always responded quickly and friendly to our messages. Definitely recommend booking this apartment!

Loved our stay here. Quiet, but easy walk to the walled city. Pool was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the city. The kitchen had everything you need for a short or long stay. Host was super communicative. Easy check in. Recommend to all traveling to Cartagena

The place was easy to find using Uber! Everything was honestly within walking distance… about a 20-25 minute walk to Getsemaní & San Felipe castle as well. We always felt safe walking around even at night (we didn’t stay out too late). The place was clean and had AC! Which was a big plus for us since we brought pants and were walking everywhere. I would recommend for anyone looking to stay.

This place is perfect if you’ve visited Cartagena before, meaning it’s off the main strip and it’s an away from the crowds of Getsemani and in a perfect spot walking distance to everything you need. The space was spotless and we felt comfortable . The only criticism I could give is to put the word “bondo building” in the google map so its easier to find I was dropped off at the wrong spot and had to find the location by foot, even after following the pin from the Airbnb app. I still had an amazing stay , Thank you

We had an amazing stay at Elsa’s place! She was a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive to all our questions. The location was perfect: just outside the walled city, only a quick 5-minute ride to all the action. The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We’d absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Cartagena!

I had a great time with my stay, very clean and affordable. Next time I think I will stay in old town because just of the night life. There was a couple things I didn’t wanna be bothered by in that area at night but everyone was nice and all the research I did was exactly what I expected to happen. The balcony and views were excellent! There’s lots of stores near by if ever need anything quick. Overall great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Giorgia's place. Perfectly located with stunning views. No noise from outside and the pool was a nice addition. The doorman, Sergio was extremely helpful to our needs as well and Giorgia was responsive to our questions. Would recommend to anyone.

The place is rustic. If you like historical buildings this place is for you. Then the location is awesome in the heart of the historical district. Everything is at walking distance.

If you’re going to Cartagena, Ruben’s listing is the place to be! It was exactly as the pictures. Very safe, secure building with wonderful pool. Apartment overlooked the beach. Was amazing watching the sunsets. Very romantic spot. Ideal for couples. Everything was clean as well. Walkable to grocery store, beach, and restaurants. Plus close to Old Town (few minute drive). 2 night stay in apt 1804 which was clean , modern and spacious. Had booked a smaller apartment but due to a problem with the a/c there host messaged and moved me to this 2 bedroom unit. Spotlessly clean with everything you could need. The apartment smelled amazing and the washer dryer unit was very useful. Views from the pool on level 30 were great too. Approx 6 min walk to supermarket and 10 mins to main area of restaurants. Delighted with this apartment and the host who was very helpful and responsive. Thanks so much x 🥰

Jose was an unbelievably great host. Beautiful apartment, close to everything from the walled city, bocagrande, to the airport. I would recommend this place over and over again. No complaints.

Aldemar's place was exactly as described - a cute little apartment in a safe location just outside the city walls. It had everything that I needed and provided a peaceful place to stay - as a woman traveling solo, I had absolutely no worries about my safety. Aldemar's communication was prompt and very helpful. I also loved the use of the onsite pool and gym. I will definitely be returning!

Excellent accommodation, a beautiful view, air conditioning in perfect condition, fans, very clean, excellent location and service at the reception. We had an early check out and we were able to store our luggage at the reception and stay in the pool without any problem. Carlos's service was incredible 10/10

Andres's property is located in a great part of the old city, within walking distance of all the sites, restaurants and bars. It's also close to supermarkets and other amenities. The building is beautiful and it was great to have the rooftop area that included the pool. Andres was always quick to respond to questions or concerns I had, and offered suggestions for of where to eat and buy groceries. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, exactly like the photos. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with items to cook, and the bathrooms were clean and Andres supplied a lot of towels for the shower and pool. Overall it was a great stay, Andres was very friendly and responsive and I'll definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Cartagena.
