Excellent place to stay. Would come back and highly recommend

This place is perfect if you’ve visited Cartagena before, meaning it’s off the main strip and it’s an away from the crowds of Getsemani and in a perfect spot walking distance to everything you need. The space was spotless and we felt comfortable . The only criticism I could give is to put the word “bondo building” in the google map so its easier to find I was dropped off at the wrong spot and had to find the location by foot, even after following the pin from the Airbnb app. I still had an amazing stay , Thank you

We came to visit Cartagena for a week and really enjoyed our stay at Nico's apartment in the walled city. The apartment complex itself is very peaceful and we really enjoyed cooling off in the pool in the afternoons after walking around in the heat all day. Everything we needed was within walking distance - restaurants, grocery stores (we liked the Olímpica), museums, and meet-up points for tours. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances and salt/sugar/spices and Nico also supplied us with coffee, so we were able to make breakfasts and a few dinners at the apartment. We did not go to the beaches close to the apartment, but that might have been the one destination where we would have needed an Uber or taxi. Nico was a wonderful host and was extremely attentive and responsive with answering all of our questions and offering recommendations for the city. We would definitely stay here again!

Always a treat staying at this location. The best place to stay while being in close proximity to everything I mean everything!! This place also has HoT Water in the Shower! Simple pleasures. Hands down the best Airbnb host. Super responsive. Hotel treatment.

And just like that came back so fast! No but really if your looking for a place to stay that is in a prime safe and walkable location. This is it, especially if your traveling alone! Escape into the world of Colombian and African culture!

Really nice apartment in the historic center! A big plus was the washing machine and dryer in the house that we could use and the drinking water from te tap. The host always responded quickly and friendly to our messages. Definitely recommend booking this apartment!

My recent stay was nothing short of 5-star, largely thanks to the extraordinary staff. While the property was beautiful and comfortable, it was the team's service that truly stood out. From the moment I booked, the communication was proactive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They consistently reached out to ensure I had everything I needed, answering questions quickly and making my entire visit feel seamless and supported. The level of service I received was reminiscent of a high quality hotel but with a personal, genuine touch that made me feel truly cared for.

We had an amazing stay at Elsa’s place! She was a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive to all our questions. The location was perfect: just outside the walled city, only a quick 5-minute ride to all the action. The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We’d absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Cartagena!

My 3-week stay in Ana María’s apartment was one of the best of my many trips. Check-in was smooth: reception is staffed 24/7, and my info was already on file. The apartment was clean, fully equipped (stove, fridge, washing machine, dishes, etc.), and the bed was very comfortable, with extra linens provided. It's perfectly located about 400 meters between Getsemaní and the old city with the Torre del Reloj — both just a short walk away. Despite that, it’s quiet: no honking or street noise at all. The property feels like a luxury resort, with a pool surrounded by lush tropical greenery. Security is excellent — the entrance is always locked and can only be opened by the doorman. No keys to lose or copy. Only registered guests can enter, so it feels as safe as home. All in all: a total gem. It truly doesn’t get any better than this.

The apartment is a true art gallery. It's the most beautiful, charming, and stylish Airbnb I've ever stayed in. In addition, it has everything, from a wine opener, scissors, face towel, lamp, bedside outlet, sugar, coffee, salt, olive oil, good knives, beautiful dishes, placemats, blender, soaps, shampoo, everything you need to have a good stay. There's even a Pilates ball for a good stretch. Air-conditioned with fans, spacious and with a great bed! The host Saul was super attentive and helped with the luggage, including opening the check in earlier, at the time we arrived and staying longer with the backpacks, after the checkout. The building has a 24-hour reception and is very well located, two blocks from the walls, where you can see the sunset. The area is super safe and well located. Cartagena is a lovely city, I can't wait to come back and stay here again.

If you’re going to Cartagena, Ruben’s listing is the place to be! It was exactly as the pictures. Very safe, secure building with wonderful pool. Apartment overlooked the beach. Was amazing watching the sunsets. Very romantic spot. Ideal for couples. Everything was clean as well. Walkable to grocery store, beach, and restaurants. Plus close to Old Town (few minute drive). This place was sooo beautiful! And for the price it was a steal! The host was so responsive and willing to accommodate and hold our bags until check in time. The only downside is several times my phone was not able to connect to the WiFi (it would say it was unavailable) but my phone plan allowed for data in Colombia so it was ok! Highly recommend! If I ever find myself in Cartagena this is 100% the place I’ll stay at!

Aldemar’s place is exactly as shown in the photos and I am grateful for that. It is the perfect space for 2-3 guests to stay. Aldemar is also a very responsive host who always answered any of my questions in a timely manner. If you are worried about the safety of the area or the building, don’t be. There is security present round the clock and at night they turn off the automatic door so that they manually have to let you in. The area is very walkable and there is a grocery store within 10 minutes walking. I would say to pay close attention to what is not offered in the unit — there is no hot water heater so if you are the kind of person who needs a warm/hot shower, especially at the end of a long day, you will not get it. That would be the only con that would prevent me from staying here again, otherwise, beautiful space & priced very well. Well done Aldemar!

The place was beautiful, host super responsive and accommodating, loved the snacks available for purchase and the location was 5 min from the beach and 10 min from other major attractions. We even booked the place for a second time! Highly recommend!

2 night stay in apt 1804 which was clean , modern and spacious. Had booked a smaller apartment but due to a problem with the a/c there host messaged and moved me to this 2 bedroom unit. Spotlessly clean with everything you could need. The apartment smelled amazing and the washer dryer unit was very useful. Views from the pool on level 30 were great too. Approx 6 min walk to supermarket and 10 mins to main area of restaurants. Delighted with this apartment and the host who was very helpful and responsive. Thanks so much x 🥰

Luz and Anna made sure I felt right at home from the get go, they prepared me for my time in Cartagena and were very prompt to answer any questions I did have during my stay. The place is very nice and looks better then the photos with the sea view. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi is also a nice bonus too. Will be back to stay next time I’m in Cartagena.

What a surprise this apartment. Close to the walled city, close to the beach, apartment equipped in detail. Jesus was an excellent host with clear and simple instructions. The pool on the 30th floor is spectacular. the bed is very top. The apartment super clean. I'll stay here again in the future. Thank you!!
