Our bright spacious apartment on the 1st floor offers plenty of space for a trip with friends as well as for the whole family. You are also welcome to installers. Two bedrooms, each with double bed & a living room with large, pull-out sofa, can accommodate up to 6 people. In Gerstettens probably the smallest kitchen with a stove & oven, you can cook something delicious or make a cup of tea. Amenities also include a bathroom with shower and toilet. Laundry is available on request.

The space is a 1-room apartment with separate entrance without kitchen. With coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and fridge. The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Heuboden Vacation Rental

On the former hayloft’s first floor, we’ve created a cozy holiday apartment for 4 guests (approx. 56 sqm) with views of the Eselsburger Valley. The living and dining area features a well-equipped kitchenette, and lovingly restored 1960s sofas invite you to relax. From here, you access the spacious, partly covered balcony. Wi-Fi and smart TV are provided. There’s one bedroom with a double bed, and another with two single beds that can be joined.

The apartment is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only used for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (follow pictures). Perfect for unwinding and unwinding...

A perfect retreat for business travelers, tourists or students. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ceramic hob and a basic set of kitchen utensils. No pets allowed. No parties. Longer stays on request.

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen is also a 20-25 minute drive. Ulm is 15 km away and there are plenty of opportunities to pass your time. If you want to explore nature more, you can visit the ice age caves in the Lonetal and Achtal valleys. Parking is available directly on the premises. In the village there is a bakery and butcher. Further shopping possibilities are in about 6km.

A brand new, modern, high quality and lovingly furnished apartment awaits you, which will make your stay a highlight. South facing, located on the quiet edge of the village and meadow, with wonderful panoramic views from sunrise to sunset. With balcony and separate toilet. For the 5th and 6th person, the third bedroom "Dachstüble" can be booked extra for each of €15 per P./N. It is accessible by the stairs in the interior.

Located in Heldenfingen, the holiday home "Bikerhäusle" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A high chair is also available.
