This is a very nice relaxing location. Everything is as described and well equipped. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning too. Just be aware that you are pretty remote, there is nothing in walking distance, and the local roads are a bit rough.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We are thrilled! 😍 This house lacked nothing. Everything was thought out. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

Very comfortable and clean accommodation just as listed. A 5 minute walk to the town and quick drive or bike ride to different beaches. Beautifully landscaped garden which is lovely to have when using the hot tub. The windows/doors are fitted with mosquito nets which was very helpful to minimise the insects getting in. Enrico was very kind, helpful and responsive and made sure we had what we needed as we were travelling with a toddler. Definitely recommend!!

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furnishings are carefully designed and equipped with all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! We really enjoyed our off-season stay in Torre Delle Stella, watching the sunsets from the terrace and swimming at the nearly deserted beaches. The water was so clear at Spiaggia Cann’e Sisa, it was like one big swimming pool. The kitchen had the basics we needed for cooking each night and we liked the retro beach house feel!

The house is beautiful and provides amenities for children, making it feel easy and at home. It's a big house situated in a peaceful neighborhood nearby the beach. Taty was amazing and very supportive all along! Very recommended and I'd definitely come back!

We were fascinated by the stunning view you have from the accomodation. Perfect sunsets every night. The beds are not the most comfortable, but that's easy to accept with this amazing location right next to the sea and the good price.

Anna's house view really doesn't have to say, waking up every day to see the azure sea and the greenery in the yard in a very good mood.It's a shame that my son was hospitalized for the first few days of living here and couldn't fully enjoy the house.Anna was so helpful with this emergency, thank you so much!The only flaw in this house for me may be that the two rooms mentioned in the description do not have a window, but it was also okay to have an air conditioner.It was nice to have a separate door in the kitchen, and for those who love to cook, the fumes can go straight out of the kitchen. The surroundings are very convenient, ideal for families with small dolls to take to the sea, which is not particularly busy but beautiful area.

We had a wonderful time! The proximity to the beach is a great advantage with two children! No need to use the public toilets, we could get home in 2 minutes! The location is great, the beach is literally across the street! I highly recommend it!!! Thank you for everything!!!

It was a wonderful, unique vacation! Although we arrived late, we were personally and very nicely greeted by Maria and she showed us everything! The apartment simply has a fantastic location: we enjoyed breakfast with a view of the sea - and we also spent the evenings there often - it was simply too nice to eat there and watch the sunset with a glass of wine! Lying in the hammock with a book and hearing the sea roar at night with the window open was fantastic... The apartment was lovingly furnished - a very good smell immediately greeted you - so that you really felt comfortable. Even a cold beer and a delicious liqueur were in the fridge..- Maria is just a very warm, nice person - and her sister, whom we also got to know, as well. But it was never intrusive or too much - you just felt very welcome! .. it was a holiday we will not forget! Thank you!

I usually don't write reviews but Sebastiano's and his wife's house is out of this world! It actually is way better than on photos! House provides complete privacy and also openness for outdoor activities. Architecture of this house is thought thru to the tiniest details and its just pure pleasure to just spend time in the house and pool while the weather hot like hell outside :) Sebastiano was great host! He provides us with great tips for restaurants and sight seeing on this beautiful island and his reactions in case we needed something were instant. I cannot remmed more to visit this heaven island and stay in their awesome villa. Thank you so much for having us ;) we will be back!

A true little slice of paradise in Sardinia. The setting is absolutely idyllic, with breathtaking views and a rare sense of peace – perfect for unwinding far from the hustle and bustle. The welcome was incredibly warm, and we felt at home right away. The house is beautifully decorated, every detail is carefully thought out, and absolutely nothing is missing – everything is designed for comfort. It’s also an ideal place if you’re traveling with a pet: the entire property is fully fenced, which is very reassuring, and the hosts even recommend nearby dog-friendly beaches. Special mention for the outdoor shower – an amazing experience with a stunning view. In short, a magical place with everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Thank you so much, Claudia!

Anna’s place is truly one of a kind. I cannot recommend this place enough. We spent a magical time here with the whole family. If you’re planning on staying in Sardinia, you must stay here. 10/10.

We had a very nice relaxing holiday at this place and really enjoyed having this great view of the sea every day. However, I would strongly recommend renting a car, otherwise it is difficult to move around the area. And you should be prepared that there are not so many offers of restaurants/cafes in the immediate vicinity, which did not bother us very much. A plus would be if the place had wifi, but otherwise it has good amenities.

From check in to check out Silvia was an incredible host! She was so helpful and kind and gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do in the area and places to dine at. Our stay was perfect - we were close to the beach and other walkable activities, the house was impeccably clean, relaxing, and spacious. We are so thankful to have stayed here, it was exactly what we were looking for at the end of our trip - a place to relax and feel right at home while we soaked up the sun and took in the beautiful surroundings! I highly recommend staying at Silvia's place! If we are lucky enough to return to Sardinia in the future, we hope we are able to stay here again! Grazie mille, Silvia! :)

The view was amazing and we loved swimming from the private access steps. We also loved cooking in the well provided for kitchen and using the beautiful platters to serve the food. We appreciated the supplies provided for when we arrived and separate bathrooms for each room was a real plus.

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 children (4 & 1 year) in Luisanna's house. Luisanna welcomed us very nicely and showed us the house and the great pool. The house is as described and offers everything you need. The outdoor shower has warm water, so you don't have to use the slightly smaller shower in the bathroom at all. You can reach the beach of Solanas in 5 minutes by car. There you can park for free and eat and drink in the cozy beach restaurant. A car is definitely an advantage. We highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay! From the very beginning, Gianluca’s and Alessandro’s responsiveness made the trip smooth and enjoyable. Our flight landed early in the morning and they were kind enough to let us check in early, which was greatly appreciated. The house itself is wonderful. It's just a five-minute walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for us. The outdoor space was a highlight, especially for the kids who loved playing outside. Gianluca went above and beyond by recommending great local spots to visit which added a special touch to our trip.
