Perfect place to enjoy Paris while being in a quiet area

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Great location, host always responded quickly, the space is exactly as the photos show. I appreciate the quiche left for us on the day we arrived, it was very good. I would like to suggest a curtain on that glass door in the bedroom, we felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy and the light that comes in, so I improvised a sheet to put up.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Gentilly home during the Olympic Games in Paris. As a senior manager at the games, it was important that me and my son had a comfortable and well-connected place to retreat. This place went above and beyond. The location in Gentilly is perfect – quiet but at the same time superbly connected. Public transportation is easily accessible, which made the daily drive to the different venues in Paris incredibly easy. In just a few minutes we were right in the heart of the city. The safe, private, covered parking was an absolute plus for us!!! The house itself is charming and very well appointed. A special highlight for us was the detailed library. The apartment is tastefully decorated and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Loved this apartment. It was so convenient to take the train i to Paris. Plenty of room and everything we needed. Fandi gave us great food recommendations and helped us problem solve a few things! Super responsive and we appreciate it! Highly recommend!

Great apartment with a lovely balcony! Everything was clean and comfortable. Samira couldn't welcome us in person, but she kindly sent Maria, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their warm hospitality. Highly recommend!

We've been traveling with Airbnb for several years and Isabelle's home is one of the best we've ever encountered. The first good feeling is to be at home, in a serene and peaceful setting. The house is super-equipped and has everything you need. The cleanliness is super and Isabelle's directions were great. She is a fantastic and scrupulous superhost and the apartment reflects her care and attention. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from all the main services and metro line 4 that leads directly to the heart of Paris. It is a quiet, peaceful and elegant setting a stone's throw from Paris. Highly recommended for family travelers. We loved it. Slept peacefully and comfortably in Hasnain's place! The bed was super comfortable and the terrace was lovely with a view. The location is quite far from the center but my goal was to be near CitéU so this place was perfect.

The apartment is very functional, it has everything you could need for a comfortable stay, the subway is about 20 minutes' walk from the apartment, but there are many buses a few minutes away. There is a supermarket very close to the apartment. It was a very comfortable stay.

It’s a nice and cozy place, just what I needed, I loved how equipped it was and clean, close by it there’s a lot of good places to eat specially that bakery that I think the name is Artisan Boulanger, I really liked it. In conclusion who ever is thinking on booking it please don’t hesitate and do it, it is worth it.

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

Miss Nadine was very helpful! The apartment was well equipped with bathroom and kitchen amenities, as well as with linen and towels. To warm up there only a small heater, but after turning it on we realised it was more than enough and the place was quickly heated. It is also located at a point less than 10 minutes walking from the train station of Gentilly (line B). Our stay was very pleasant!!!

We couldn't have hoped for a better Airbnb for a stay of 2 in Paris given our budget. The value for money is great. The apartment is clean, we slept very well. All the equipment is present, including a washing machine, a hair dryer. No need for sheets or towels, all this is provided. No problems arriving or picking up the keys, the apartment is easy to find, less than 2 minutes from a metro station allowing you to reach any place in Paris directly or with a single connection. Françoise and Patrick are very welcoming, they offered us croissants, fruit and some fresh products on arrival and during the stay. They suggested very nice activities and took care of our laundry, allowing us to make the most of our stay. We thank you again for your welcome, our stay would not have been so good without you. Looking forward to coming back.

My family and I were very comfortable in the accommodation. Very close to Paris and easy to get to. Everything is as shown in the publication, very comfortable. We will be back!
