Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ótima localização, anfitriã sempre respondia rapidamente, o espaço é exatamente como mostram as fotos. Agradeço o quiche deixado para nós no dia que chegamos, estava muito bom. Gostaria sugerir uma cortina naquela porta de vidro que fica no quarto, nos sentimos desconfortáveis com a falta de privacidade e com a claridade que entra , por isso improvisei um lençol para colocar.

Laurent has truly been a great host. A real friendly person who will make sure that you have the most comfortable stay at his property. During my time at his place, the weather was very hot, Laurent’s first thought was to ask if I would like a fan to which a graciously accepted. He and his family are very warm and friendly people and would recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Paris.

Loved this apartment. It was so convenient to take the train i to Paris. Plenty of room and everything we needed. Fandi gave us great food recommendations and helped us problem solve a few things! Super responsive and we appreciate it! Highly recommend!

Great stay right on the border of Paris, so basically felt like I was in the center without having to pay the price tag. Very convenient location with shops and a patisserie nearby. Friendly host who responded immediately to any questions I had. I traveled alone and felt completely safe in the area. Would highly recommend and will stay again next time I’m in Paris!

Ich war mit meiner Schwester für einen Kurztrip in der Unterkunft von Antoine. Die Unterkunft sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und die Kommunikation war ganz wunderbar. Das Apartment ist etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum , hat aber sehr gute Verbindungen mit Bus und Tram , sodass man in kürzester Zeit überall schnell hinfahren kann. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr gut empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Très bon séjour chez Nhung ! Les instructions étaient claires, le logement était propre et fidèle au photo. Je n’ai manqué de rien pendant le séjour ! Je recommande ce studio si vous souhaitez vous rendre sur Paris.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit, das Wetter hat auch super mitgespielt! Die Unterkunft war perfekt und die Aussicht super! Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Einkehrmöglichkeiten im Ort vorhanden. Julien war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir können die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Phuong’s apartment was lovely and a perfect base for our time in Paris. Highly conveniently located just next to a metro (Laplace station) and has good amenities close by. Would strongly recommend staying here for your time in Paris!

O apartamento é muito funcional, dispõe de tudo que se pode precisar para uma estadia confortável, o metro fica mais ou menos 20 minutos a pé do apartamento, mas tem muitos autocarros a poucos minutos. Tem um supermercado muito próximo do apartamento. Foi uma estadia muito confortável.

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

It’s a nice and cozy place, just what I needed, I loved how equipped it was and clean, close by it there’s a lot of good places to eat specially that bakery that I think the name is Artisan Boulanger, I really liked it. In conclusion who ever is thinking on booking it please don’t hesitate and do it, it is worth it.

Die Unterkunft von Julian ist Sehr empfehlenswert. Diese liegt zwar etwas weit von Paris entfernt aber mit der Regionalbahn ist man schnell da. Wir hatten da einen schönen Aufenthalt und würde diese bei der nächsten Gelegenheit noch einmal buchen. Merci Julien!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

Très bon logement, avec une localisation vraiment très bien que ce soit pour une accessibilité en voiture ou transport en commun. Hôtes très réactifs, disponibles et arrangeant ! C’est très appréciable. Un peu chaud la nuit (mais nous étions présent sur des journées à plus de 33 degrés et des nuits chaudes également) heureusement un ventilateur était à disposition dans le logement ce qui nous a bien servi !

Miss Nadine was very helpful! The apartment was well equipped with bathroom and kitchen amenities, as well as with linen and towels. To warm up there only a small heater, but after turning it on we realised it was more than enough and the place was quickly heated. It is also located at a point less than 10 minutes walking from the train station of Gentilly (line B). Our stay was very pleasant!!!

Nous ne pouvions pas espérer meilleur airbnb pour un séjour à 2 sur Paris au vu de notre budget. Le rapport qualité prix est formidable. L’appartement est propre, nous avons très bien dormi. Tout l’équipement est présent, notamment un lave linge, un sèche-cheveux. Pas besoin de draps ou de serviettes de toilette, tout cela est fourni. Aucun problème en arrivant ou pour récupérer les clés, l’appartement est facile à trouver, à moins de 2 minutes d’une station de métro permettant de rejoindre directement ou avec une seule correspondance n’importe quel lieu dans Paris. Françoise et Patrick sont très accueillants, ils nous ont offerts des croissants, des fruits et quelques produits frais à l’arrivée et pendant le séjour. Ils nous ont suggérer des activités très sympathiques et se sont occupés de notre lessive, nous permettant de profiter au maximum de notre séjour. Nous vous remercions encore pour votre accueil, notre séjour n’aurait pas été si bien sans vous. Au plaisir de revenir.
