Very clear, beautiful location on the lake, background and restaurant was awesome. Jake was very friendly and just a nice guy!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Little town is really cute and for those going to watch their recruits graduate this is such a perfect location and highly recommend to anyone. Great things within walking distance.

Tyler’s place is a great place to stay. You won’t be disappointed! It is close to downtown. Very clean and all the pans you need for cooking if you decide to stay in and cook. Tyler’s place is comfortable. Highly recommend!

Ben's place is our "Go To" spot in Libertyville. We lived in the town for 35 plus years, so his place is right downtown close to where we lived. The place is impeccably clean and nicely furnished. Nice restaurants close by and plenty of things to do and see in the downtown area. When we are going to stay in Libertyville, it is our first choice if available. No complaints and Ben is always quickly responsive if we have an issue, which have been few in past stays.

We used Eric and Beth's place as home base for our wedding weekend. It was perfect for us and a great place for the guys to get ready morning of, plus we loved being above Richmond Cafe! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is hosting a wedding at The District.

We were very pleased in choosing Sharon’s Airbnb. It was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. There were many little touches that made staying there enjoyable. Also, it’s conveniently located; very walkable to downtown Libertyville. Lots to enjoy nearby. She went the extra mile reaching out making sure we were comfortable during the heat wave that came through the Midwest during our stay. We plan on staying there again when visiting family if it is available. FYI, the king-sized bed was very comfortable especially if you prefer a firm bed which I do. Slept very well in it and I didn’t wake up with my husband’s tossing and turning at night. An added bonus!

We visited Rockford in June 2025 for my triathlon event. Our group size was 6 that included a broad age spectrum (my little kids, and parents who are elderly). Nick's place was cozy and comfortable for us; the setup is a 2 BR apartment over an existing inn/motel. It was a short drive to downtown where my triathlon started, so getting there early morning was easy. There are no dining options within walking distance, but plenty within 7 min drive (this was not a problem for us because of the heat wave at that time, we wouldnt have walked anywhere). Nick was very responsive to the few questions we had, but the check-in and check-out were flexible and very straightforward. If I visit Rockford again, I will definitely stay there. Thank you!

I'm originally from Rockford and visit at least once per year. I am rarely inspired to leave reviews. Karolina's place was EXACTLY as pictured and described. This is a nice sized 2 br, 1 ba apartment in a 4-plex. You park directly in front of the unit, making it easy to bring in your suitcases. Karolina provides clear instructions on how to access the unit, which is bright, sunny, cheerful and SPOTLESS. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with everything you could need (except food, lol), all of higher quality. The bed linens, and the manner in which the beds were made, were impressive. Definitely giving 5-star hotel vibes. Overall, of all the AirBnbs I've stayed in, this was the most comfortable. By that, I don't mean the beds, etc. I mean emotionally & psychologically comfortable, which is probably more important than anything else. Karolina clearly understands the meaning of hospitality. It is evident a lot of thought and planning went into her Modern Haven.

We came for a girls weekend. We actually spent a lot of time sitting on the porch chatting overlooking the wooded back yard. It was so peaceful. Hosts were so kind. We loved our stay.

What a wonderful space to have a cozy vacation. All was as described and exceeded expectations. Loved being able to walk to the resort or the lake!

I would definitely book this place again. Beautiful sunsets Everything we needed was there. It was close to shopping and restaurants if we wanted. Marjorie left menus and sightseeing information.

The studio apt was perfect for me and the pup while visiting family that lives in the surrounding area. The house its self is secluded aside from the semi-private beach and a small number of other rental properties. These were mostly vacant during my stay during the week, but lively with families, bonfires, kids, and pets for a weekend on the lake. The host was extremely proactive in making the stay comfortable for me and the pup, and responded quickly when I reached out. You can tell she takes good care of the property & strives to make her guests happy!

We had an awesome stay and the bar n grill downstairs was great every night!!! They took care of us at the Copper Bottom Bar n Grill and everything they served was great!!! Thanks, Jeffrey Ervin

Jackie was an amazing host!! She was so responsive and so accommodating! We felt right at home and loved the use of the golf cart for our girls weekend!!

We were guests at a wedding at Geneva National and this was a convenient location. Amy was very responsive and the newly renovated place was perfect!

We had a great time and Jackie was very responsive to help with any questions or concerns. It’s a little further from clubhouse, pool and beach but having the golf cart was clutch. We would stay there again! Thanks Jackie!

The place was amazing! It had everything we needed for a girls getaway. She even had a list of thing to do/recommendations that help us made the weekend special! Jacqueline was very responsive and helpful the whole time from booking to checkout. 10/10 would recommend.

I stayed at Andreton’s place for a weekend while visiting the Volo Auto Museum and Illinois Railway Museum with my parents and 2-year-old daughter. The home was charming, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully designed and furnished down to the smallest details. Everything we needed was provided, even toothbrushes with mini toothpaste. The space was spotless, the beds were firm but comfortable, and comfortable enough that my daughter slept through the night. Each room felt warm and inviting. 10/10. I would absolutely stay again.
