Enjoy your very own private access into the home from the back patio into the private living room with a joined master bedroom and bathroom. This home is centrally located in downtown Enterprise only 12 minutes from the Enterprise Fort Novosel gate and 30 minutes to Dothan! *Please note this is a shared home, but none of the living spaces are shared. A locked door separates both halves of the home for your privacy*. No recreational drugs or smoking is allowed in the home or on the property.

The property is perfect for a small getaway, accommodating a maximum of four guests with two dedicated parking spots. Pontoon boat rentals are also available nearby for your convenience.

Relax and stay awhile at this peaceful oasis located on spectacular Gantt lake. You’re not gonna want to leave our chalet. It has breath taking panoramic lakeside views: Best on the lake!!! You can enjoy spending time with your family and friends while kayaking, pedal boating, fishing a plenty, playing games or just relaxing. Full size kitchen appliances and dining area. Juju’s Pond House on Smith Pond

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on 100 acres and nestled quietly on a private pond. The house was originally built in 1921 and in 2018 we had the house moved down to the pond and did a full renovation while preserving as much original character as we could. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise from the screen porch swing or one of the docks at the pond. The property has nature trails to explore, fishing, and plenty of wildlife.

Boothe Pond Cabin on East Fork Creek

Beautiful pond cabin on a secluded dirt road along the popular route to 30A beaches. Fishing available from shore and the property includes a small boat launch, fire pit, porch swing, rocking chairs, grill, and picnic tables. A full kitchen and cabin amenities in a picturesque setting. This is a great place for family to get away or to stop by and rest while traveling south the the beaches.

Hartford Art Studio and Loft

This treasure is a stand alone art studio with a loft surrounded by beautiful lawn and gardens. The Studio is 45 feet (read close) to the house. There are agricultural fields on three sides. The artist, Beverly Mayfield, is now deceased, but has filled the studio with masterful paintings.

Cozy Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This cozy cottage sits on 40 acres and over looks the water where you can sit on the dock to fish or relax. The cottage is just newly built and has a front porch where you can enjoy nature.
