For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. It's 100% satisfaction, we highly recommend it. Thank you again Philippe for all your advice, your welcome and your kindness. See you soon.

We had a very good stay. The place is peaceful! The cottage is very nice, very clean, and the bedding is good quality. The garden is charming! and the children were able to enjoy the pool.

Everything was wonderful, we really appreciated the tranquility and the animals, especially Kimi who visited us several times I recommend shopping and cooking directly there as there are no restaurants nearby, the kitchen is really well stocked and in the outdoor space there is also a private grill already equipped with what you need to light the fire.

We were warmly welcomed by Régine and Laurent. They are responsive and very friendly. The cottage is modern and comfortable and at our convenience. It is close to all the beautiful places you wanted to see: Mont St Michel, Dinan , St Malo, Cancale and its coast... And we had sunshine😉.

Perfect and relaxing weekend. The location is ideal for visiting Mont-Saint-Michel and its surroundings, while enjoying a peaceful and serene setting. Nathalie's thoughtful touches and the option to enjoy the jacuzzi for an hour with the reservation add real value to the stay. We were warmly welcomed, and Nathalie was very responsive to each of our questions or requests. The cottage, impeccably clean, is decorated with taste and simplicity. It is also very comfortable, with quality bedding and complete amenities. We highly recommend this address and hope to return as soon as possible.

Extremely pleasant stay at Pascale's in Genêts in every way: lovely welcome, flexible hours, excellent bedding for our teens as well as for us (super important for us!!!), walkable in 2 minutes with views of the entire bay of Mont St Michel, accommodation with everything you need: we absolutely did not miss anything! In short, the stay was absolutely perfect, especially since we had incredible weather: warm and beautiful!! We'll most certainly be back! Thanks again for everything Pascale!

Great welcome, Laura and Emmanuel welcomed us very well with our dog in a clean, quiet and very comfortable accommodation, you can even enjoy the south-facing garden! The small village of Genêts is charming and the view of Mont St-Michel close to the accommodation was superb. We were able to get there the next day with a little car. Excellent!

We had a wonderful short break - thanks Sabine for being a wonderful host! Would love to come back again soon!

An excellent place to relax after a day of 'stepping' and to the shades of the bay and its natural richness; all this with a beautiful view of the Mont-Saint-Michel; but the greatest asset is the warm, warm, warm charm of Isabelle.

We were welcomed very well by charming and attentive owners. And great tips for sightseeing and dining. The setting is idyllic a short walk along the bay to discover the majestic MONT ST MICHEL from the south. The little maisonette is not only pretty but functional. Very pleasant week for 2 couples with comfort and kitchen necessities and a very pleasant exterior, especially on the terrace and the ball court for relaxation. In a beautiful setting in Normandy, very close to the coastal path facing Mont-St Michel, a quiet and peaceful place. Very well-equipped cottage (even a "stoemper"!), which greatly facilitates the stay. And, the icing on the cake, welcoming hosts. I recommend it.

The two sisters Sabine and Nicole are very good and very friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable. The garden was particularly impressive - a little paradise. The proximity to the sea (incl. view of Mont Saint Michel). Although both only speak French, this was not a problem thanks to today's technology. Once again, a big thank you to the two ladies. Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

Gorgeous place, sparkling clean and so easy to walk in with our 10 month old after a 5 hour drive (high chair and cot all set up for us). Really comfortable, great location too - we managed to visit the local beach and it was lovely! Thank you for our wonderful stay

Wonderful, supportive host and a beautiful, cozy, well-located apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We felt more than welcome and really enjoyed our (unfortunately too short) stay!

The apartment is very nicely decorated and a good starting point to explore St. Malo or Dinan. We rode our bikes to Mont Saint Michel from the apartment. The bike path leads through the fields and forests and along the river. We highly recommend the apartment.
