We really liked the house. but we truly think that needs a bit of looking after and more attention to detail. Other than that we had a great stay with plenty space for my toddler to go around. kitchen is really big and living area too.

We had a dream vacation at Marco’s house. There’s everything you could possibly need. We could forget about everything and just relax. The house is very spacious and stylish. The garden, the swimming pool and the sunset over the trees are amazing! You get the view over the lake from the kitchen. It is very quiet over there. And there are a lot of birds varieties. At night you can see the lightning bugs (fireflies) — wow. We definitely would love to be back next year!

Coty and Facu were very attentive, they were always available as we needed them. The house is very beautiful, so we really recommend her house to stay, certainly we wanted to. We had a great time

We were made to feel very welcome by Juan and his mother. We were given all the necessary assistance, we even won rain dumpling. It was an amazing experience!

Fernando is a wonderful host and his place is perfect. Quiet area, peaceful yard but within walking distance of everything you need, including the trains. I spent a few days there with my dog and booked a few more. Fernando is super quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. Loads of hot water for your shower. Perfect place if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommend

Very cosy and comfortable home. The neighbourhood is lovely, quiet and safe. There are cute cafes and restaurants close by, and lots of nice parks. Everything was as described. The house was well equipped and internet was good. It was very hot when we stayed but the main bedroom has aircon and we used a fan in the second bedroom, as well as closing off the area of the two bedrooms and spreading the aircon through that area. The patio is just lovely and the parilla got good use! Good and easy communication with Claudia.

Johanna welcomed us, showed us the apartment, and explained how everything worked. Very kind, even took extra time to talk with us, we got to know each other a little, super good vibes. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos, our stay was for 3 people, my partner and my 21-year-old daughter. It is the perfect size and 4 fit in without any problems, with all the comfort. With a large balcony to be outside, and to be able to hang clothes. Everything works very well. Equipped with the basics of a kitchen to be able to make your meals. Located in the heart of Villa Devoto, less than a block from the square. The neighborhood and building are super safe. The neighbors were very nice, we didn't have a problem. The bed was very comfortable. It had towels, soaps, detergents. We felt right at home! Highly recommended! Thank you very much Mariano and Johanna for the quick communication and the accessibility and uncomplicated nature of the whole process! I hope to be back very soon!

Ideal for stays in Buenos Aires where you have to prioritize the good location and an unsurpassed price-benefit ratio. Hosts are very responsive and always quick to respond. The apartment is very bright and spacious. Ideal for couples.

Communication was always quite good, although it was time to respond. Once the reservation was made, I communicated with another person and always responded quickly. We were able to enter before check-in time, which already made it easier for us to travel with children, but unfortunately the person who had us open did not arrive in time, we asked a person from the building to open us and that was a little delayed until contact with the owner of the department. The apartment is just like the photos or even better, since there is storage space in the smaller room, however the drawers could be cleaner to store the clothes. The rooms and the living room have air conditioning, it is a very comfortable balcony and opening the balcony window enters a beautiful vientito. On the top floor of the building is the sum, the Quincho and the pool, in a beautiful space. Half a block away there is a warehouse where you can buy what you need for your stay.

Great place! We rented it for several weeks to be close to a studio and it was super comfortable and nice to be there. The accommodation was just as advertised, it had everything you need. The terrace is a great spot to spend these spring and summer nights. It has a grill. The host Pablo was very attentive to all the needs we had, proactive to solve any problem. I recommend it 100% The location is very good, Martinez is a very nice neighborhood, the accommodation is located on an avenue where you can find many businesses to shop, and various means of transportation pass by. A few blocks away is the San Isidro racetrack, a great place to go to disconnect in a little green!

We loved it, we were very comfortable, we were not cold, the bathroom extras, such as soaps, shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer were a plus that I did not expect, and it is very practical. The building itself is very quiet, and easily accessible, we always find parking in the area. We will return for future visits to Buenos Aires

Excellent service. The place is very nice and well cared for. I appreciate the attention of leaving me coffee and other items for breakfast. I went to see a concert in Velez and I was comfortable with the distance. I recommend it.
