Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in General San Martín Partido

This place was so clean and absolutely gorgeous! It was perfect for our stay. I felt extremely safe at this location. Great neighborhood and they have a security guard at the front door 24 hours. Our host met us there and walked us thru the place and where to find everything. The place was also quiet and you couldn’t hear the traffic down the below. The view was incredible as well. We had a memorable stay and would stay here again. Thank you so much!

This was an amazing place to stay in Buenos Aires! Not only were the accommodations extremely comfortable and everything you could want, but Lucas went above and beyond to help us, offering early check-in and storing our luggage upon check-out since we had a late flight. Before arrival, he sent us a video on how to find the apartment in the building. It felt extremely safe because there was a locked gate and a security guard always present. The area surrounding the apartment also felt extremely safe. We had no problems walking to restaurants or to stores late at night. There were lots of restaurants and stores close by, as well as various bus stops. The Subway was a 15-minute walk, which seemed common for BA. The apartment had everything we needed, including a hairdryer and an iron. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting!

The place is AWESOME! great views, plenty of room. TV, amenities, AC, Walk in closet, bathroom including shampoo ^ Conditioner, soap,etc/ Building is ultra safe, and new and clean. There are restaurants at walking distance and a short train or bus ride into buenos aires city. Angeles is just INCREDIBLE as a host. I loved her as much as the place!

We stayed 5 days, the location is sensational, Palermo is a very beautiful neighborhood and with many nice places, the apartment is close to the subway for those who want the convenience, the bed is huge and great for sleeping, and the host attended us super well. Our stay was great.

Very nice apartment. With many details that make it quite warm. For example, he had laundry soap, oil, salt, yerba, coffee, and even a complimentary beer. All the basic things you may need for a comfortable stay. And I love the area, it's a good neighborhood, and it has everything. Impeccable communication, very attentive to everything. By here family of 4, with two small children of 5 and 7... I was surprised by the kitchen equipment and the grill sector, the extra sheets in the rooms, the tender, the extra blankets, the black out, the storage space, the perchas... up to a basket for the dirty laundry (which with two children is very useful to have the washing machine by hand, functional and modern). My kids love bunk beds, so they slept alone because our room was next door. Spotless mattresses and pillows. I could go on, but I'm running out of characters. Communication is by BnB messaging, so make your inquiries in advance. They always respond and are very understanding. I would return without hesitation to take advantage of that grill... I hope it will be soon. Excellent location, the train is close, the square is beautiful! Accessible and easy to get to. Don't hesitate! Take advantage of this beautiful place.

Very good experience with Pablo. Nice house, very comfortable, spacious, equipped and organized. Beautiful garden with grill and pool. Spacious, bright and comfortable rooms. Bathrooms are also of good size. Quiet neighborhood, with security, good access and very close to Nordelta.

This spacious home had everything we needed as a family of three. We were also able to use the private parking, even though we have a larger vehicle. Laura and her husband were very helpful and responsive with everything we needed. It was a quiet and secure place to rest.

Ivan's place is amazing. The location is great, and the neighborhood is safe and walkable. Lots of restaurants are within walking distance. Ivan was always responsive and pleasant. I look forward to staying again in the future.

We had a dream vacation at Marco’s house. There’s everything you could possibly need. We could forget about everything and just relax. The house is very spacious and stylish. The garden, the swimming pool and the sunset over the trees are amazing! You get the view over the lake from the kitchen. It is very quiet over there. And there are a lot of birds varieties. At night you can see the lightning bugs (fireflies) — wow. We definitely would love to be back next year!

I stayed here for a couple weeks and it’s a great place. It’s in a very popular area with lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance, but well insulated which makes it very quiet inside.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

Beautiful apartment, as seen in the publication. Gabriel and Cinthia were super attentive at all times, flexible with the check-in time. The apartment is in the most beautiful area of Buenos Aires and it matches it, impeccable. We'll be back without hesitation.

Very comfortable apartment, very well equipped, had everything. With many details that showed concern about making the guest feel at home. Sheets and clean towels, very comfortable beds. We had an issue in the bathroom that was resolved quickly, with good readiness. The location is good, with quite a few venues and service

Excellent mono-environment, fully equipped, good WIFI, building with 24-hour security and first-class amenities. The apartment is on the first floor but it is quite quiet. There are good cafes and restaurants just a few blocks away. 4 blocks from Subway B and several buses on the corner. Agustina responded very quickly to each concern. I recommend it 100% .

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The hostess was very kind and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. It had all the other implements for a perfect stay.
