The host was attentive to our questions and any issues that came up were quickly dealt with. The bedrooms were in the attic space, separate from the main level kitchen and living room area. We had pleasant weather and so the temperature in the rooms remained comfortable, but in a heatwave it would be different. The apartment kitchen had the basic equipment. Coffee machine with coffee available. Quiet apartment in a quiet neighborhood with parking on site. Groceries store two minutes walk. Walk to center town would be 20-25 minutes.

Johannes is a very, very nice host. Great place to stay.

We had a very nice time at Michael's place. It is located in a quiet street with plenty of parking. Michael was always available and answered our questions quickly. We were very warmly welcomed and guided through the house. Already during the tour we noticed how well the house is equipped with towels, hair dryer, sufficient dishes and cutlery, spices for cooking, WiFi and much more. All rooms were tidy, clean and very lovingly furnished. We had more than enough space for 8. We felt very comfortable right away. Thanks to Michael for the wonderful accommodation:)

GREAT We had a wonderful two day stay at this house. It was very clean, cozy and perfectly equipped. You immediately felt at home. I am really thrilled, everything was 100 percent right. A nice little apartment in a nice house. Very quiet and just perfect for me. I can recommend this apartment.

I stayed with Alexandra and Tim for the 3rd time. There was enough space for 3 dogs and me and the two can always be reached in emergencies.

I booked the accommodation for a concert in Gelsenkirchen. The Veltinsarena can be reached within minutes. I would also like to praise the quick and uncomplicated self check-in using a key box.

Arrive and feel good - everything is always perfect. Martina has been our first address in Gelsenkirchen for many years.

I was at the RUB in Bochum for a congress, and the location was really perfect for that. Great connection to RUB and the city center within walking distance. The apartment was exactly as described. Check-in was quick and flexible via a key box. Communication with Mik was also reliable and friendly. I can only agree with the recommendation of another review to bring a sleep mask if you are sensitive to brightness when sleeping!

There were three of us in Gelsenkirchen to go to a home game of Schalke. You can get to the stadium from the apartment within about 25 minutes and the Schalker Mile is right on the way. Everything you need is available in the apartment and we felt comfortable.

This apartment is a "gem". Beautiful, clean, central. You feel right at home and arrived. Great location, even if you don't have a car, as public transport and everything you need for everyday life is within walking distance. The contact with the landlords was very friendly and positive. They are very helpful and accommodating. Keep it up :-). We will be happy to come back.

We loved our stay at Bella's apartment. The host was always ready to answer any and all questions we might have, and didn't hesitate to swing by to drop off supplies, if we needed anything. We already made plans to go there for our vacation next year! We would definitely recommend this apartement. The kitchen had everything we needed, from pans to plates... the ONLY thing missing was a pair of scissors ✂️ 😆 But nothing we couldn't do without. Thanks for having us! 🍄🪙🕹️

Great area in Essen and extremely nice and helpful hosts. The apartment is very nice and clean, just a little darker than in the photos, because the days were not particularly bright. Thank you very much!

In short: This is a class accommodation with a very good location, right in Rüttenscheid and countless restaurants, bars and shopping. The accommodation itself was quite cute and I actually liked it. Communication with Kathi and Marcel went smoothly and they were always polite and courteous. So all in all a very great experience!
