Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm nature. The accommodation is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in all corners. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, exceptional and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area, watching the cats and ducks and listening to the pouring rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. Very friendly welcome from Olav's wife. The apartment is very conveniently located between the center and the castle and is very tastefully furnished, nothing was missing. Cleanliness was impeccable. Will definitely book again!

Enormously enjoyed our stay in the Knolletje together with our dog Joep. The cottage is cozily furnished and equipped with every comfort. Het Knolletje is located in a quiet part of the grounds, very nice. You'll walk right into the woods. There is also plenty to do in the area: hiking through the Maasduinen and a tour of the Hertog Jan brewery are recommended. Very much enjoyed the nature, the hammock and the cottage itself!

The apartment is perfect for two adults and two children and we felt very comfortable. We will be happy to come back if we are in the area again.

We rode our bicycles on the Rhine cycle route to Anneclaer and Michael's place just outside the old town. We stored the bikes securely in the yard. The apartment was spotless, well appointed, a short walk to the supermarket and very comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

We spent two and a half months in the apartment as we had to move out of our own home due to water damage. Anikka and Bernd were consistently warm, helpful and always responsive – just the best you could ask for! We felt very comfortable and would recommend the accommodation at any time.

We enjoyed Jennifer's place very much. We had deliberately chosen an accommodation outside and the location was exactly as described, very quiet and in a very nice and listed house. The accommodation has everything you need for your stay. Communication with Jennifer was super easy and Jennifer responded very quickly. We were only there for two nights and because we liked it so much, we are already thinking about when we will come again. There are many beautiful places to discover in the vicinity - by bike.

My little son and I were in Christiane's accommodation for one night and felt very comfortable. Everything is very clean, in the living room there are great entertainment options (games, TV, etc.), quiet area in Nettetal and even a great roof terrace. Highly recommended! Bonus: You can buy honey from our own beekeeping directly on site ;)

Mona greeted us and welcomed us kindly. The apartment is as described with spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom is small, but clean and well maintained. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

My parents, who stayed for two nights in the beautiful apartment, liked the stay very much. She would book the apartment again at any time to explore Xanten and the surrounding area. They particularly liked the location, the cleanliness and the cozy furnishings. The contact with the hosts was very reliable and friendly.

We got married in Lufre and can only recommend booking the apartment. The location of the apartment made the preparation and follow-up considerably easier and you practically fell into bed after the long party. Communication with Kerstin was friendly and reliable. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. The apartment was super clean. Bed linen and towels, everything there. As well as hygiene products and household products. The stay was really great. The place is super clean and equipped with everything you need. A bowl of fruit and fresh flowers rounded out the picture. Highly recommend. We had great days on the Rhine. The tip with the Rhine ferry to Xanten was great and there are great routes for hiking enthusiasts right from the apartment. A very clean apartment not far from the main station, city center and cultural venues. Minh Duc was very proactive and reachable for any questions that might come up. I recommend!

The price was fully worth it - the accommodation is very well maintained and looks even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures - really the perfect time out for couples Maria is super sweet and mega accommodating :) Thank you very much for this great experience - we will definitely come back!

We as friends of Brigitte's daughter and Rob, really enjoyed staying with them. It was lovely and a beautiful area. The Apartment was great! Enjoyed a day at the pool and well closed with a cozy BBQ on the water! Brigitte & Rob are super friendly and cozy helpful people to stay with. We will definitely be back!

The place is quite compact, but it has everything you need. Is well suited for a short trip and for relaxation.

A very large and super-equipped apartment in a good location with two very special highlights: a whirlpool - and a private cinema with four comfortable armchairs, Netflix access, a large screen and great sound. The location is also great: In a few minutes' walk you can reach the nearest subway station and a shopping center, yet it is very quiet. I was there by bike, and the apartment was the perfect starting point for trips to the Zollverein mine, the Nordsternpark in Gelsenkirchen and other interesting places. The communication with Lucas was great, fast response times and help with questions/problems at any time. If I am drawn back to the area, I would like to stay here again as a guest!

We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The whirlpool is a real hit, everything is lovingly furnished and clean. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is awesome! Everything is very clean, the amenities are great! Everything you need! I only had to take half of my things from home, because everything was available. Whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. We don't need to talk about the bathroom. It's pure luxury. You can always find a parking spot nearby. It's quiet. Nice neighbors. Public transport is nearby. You can get anywhere fast. And there are also shopping facilities nearby. Dirk was very nice and always available. Everything wonderful.
