The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.

The district town of Balingen is minutes away and invites you to stroll and linger. Free parking is right outside the apartment on the property.

We used the apartment for an overnight stay and felt comfortable right away. It is spacious, furnished with comfortable furniture (bed/sofa) and the balcony offers an additional place to stay. With the Blick Rad, you can easily reach all shopping and sightseeing opportunities (groceries, antique Roman site, rose garden, swimming pool).
