Holiday rentals with a patio in Gedling

Exactly as described. Milk, tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival. Comfortable bed, spotless, plenty of hot water, a decent wardrobe and hangers and very peaceful. The perfect location if attending a function at Woodborough Hall as only a short walk away. A very pretty village only a few miles out of Nottingham. Communication with Simon via messaging was easy and prompt and was accommodating to our check in needs due to long distance travel to attend a wedding. Thank you!

If there is an award for the best host ever it should go to Steve My satnav was sending me round in circles and I thought I’d never arrive, but Steve told me just to stop and he came to find me, then took me to the car park and helped with my bags to the apartment. He could not have been more responsive or helpful. The apartment is stunning and fitted out to a very high spec The bed was super comfortable and the living area was spacious with everything you could need

Steve the host is always available and answered any questions very quickly. The flat was very clean and everything described as it was. Location was as we wanted close to restaurants and bars everything within walking distance. As it says it next door to a bar (cocktail bar) and is loud but we was fine with that.

We had an amazing stay at Bradley East Wing. The cottage was beautiful with a lot of attention to detail - fresh flowers from the garden were a fantastic touch. A very peaceful stay. Anna & Ian were very hospitable & no query was too much. We are very much looking forward to a future stay

What can I say? Lesley (and Simon) is the perfect host! She's an absolutely lovely person who I couldn't have better things to say about. The arrival instructions were clear and helpful, the location is nice and peaceful. The accomodation is exactly as it looks and is as described. Lesley and her accomodation were both so great that I booked the second week of my stay here, too. She couldn't do more to be a better host. Incredibly kind and friendly. It's a shame I can't take her back home and keep her and Simon as my new neighbours. Plus, added bonus - Gertie the Sausage dog may be seen if you're extra lucky. I will absolutely be booking this place again every time I'm working on/around the area. Thanks for everything!

To be honest when searching for a place on Airbnb Paula’s home kept coming up, and out of all the properties I looked at this one was ‘calling me’. I went there with my wife and two kids (17 and 10 yrs old). Being there was like winning the lottery. We all felt at home away from home and were blown away by the amazing view seen from the garden and inside the living room (incredible!). Bed we’re super comfortable. Kitchen was perfect for cooking a Sunday roast. Power shower, perfect! We almost didn’t go anywhere because we was happy to stay in the house and chill in the garden with the view or in the living room (with the view 😁) playing the games provided, mainly the board game Frustration. Nottingham is beautiful and Paula’s home is a testament to it. If we return to Nottingham I hope your place will be available. Thanks again Paula

A very welcoming house with excellent facilities. The four en+suite bedrooms are comfy with the treat of some complimentary toiletries. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Our stay was short but very enjoyable and we would thoroughly recommend.

Annex was great - everything we needed ... even milk in the fridge ! Very spacious downstairs. Edward really helpful & quick to respond. Great location if visiting Holme Pierre Point Watersports Centre. Would stay again !

As a hen party of 12, we had an amazing long weekend at Sally's house. There was safe and ample parking for all the whole group and we were blown away by the surroundings. The views were gorgeous and we had a lovely walk round the nearby fields and public footpaths to a great local pub. The house was spotless, and more stunning than the photos. The house felt like a home whilst also feeling luxurious and everyone loved their rooms and the communal areas. The house had so many thoughtful touches and we especially enjoyed the easy to use hot tub. Massive thank you to Sally for being a great host - responsive, helpful and allowing us early check in to decorate for the bride too. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again. I enjoyed my time whilst staying here. The place was exactly as described and clean. I also want to give compliments to the host for being very responsive.

What a fantastic place! We stayed for two comfortable nights with our children and dog and had a fabulous time. We had a picnic on the lawn overlooking the Vale of Belvoir, ran the dog around the many fields surrounding the house and spent time watching TV and playing with the kids in the front room. Richard and Jo had put out the cot ahead of our visit, and even had bed bumpers ready for toddlers. The house is spacious and well appointed in a fantastic location.

An absolute gem! Highly recommend. We were a party of 2 families (2 adults and 4 kids, ages 13-17). This accommodation was perfect for our needs. It’s spacious, clean, a great location and even better than the photos. A well equipped kitchen, lots of board games to keep us entertained in the evening, and lots of bathrooms. Kiran is a great host. Very responsive and nothing was a problem. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely apartment.

Leah's place was a great option for an event at the Ice Arena. It's so central, close to many bars and restaurants. The arena was right across the road! I've stayed in many air b and bs and I have to say the beds were among the comfiest! The apartment was clean, had a huge terrace outside and despite the location was very quiet! Leah was incredibly responsive any time I had to message. We're already planning to return, highly recommended.

We were in the area for a family get-together, and the accommodation was ideal. Hosts were friendly and informative. The local nature reserve was ideal for walking the dogs, and Maggie's Den at the fishing lakes does a good breakfast. Would recommend as perfect for a couple.

Great location in a private apartment setting in the centre of Nottingham. Plenty of room in the well spaced 3 bedroom accommodation which offered great value for money in comparison to local hotels for multi occupants. Babita very informative and responsive on every front from the initial booking enquiry through to the check in day.

What a great find. Perfect location for peaceful walks with my Dalmatian Daisy. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard with plenty of room and felt secure and safe. Most important to me was that it was dog friendly and it really was. Daisy had her own secure area to play in and this is just so helpful. Hosts are friendly and the info provided to help you to find the place is excellent, also lots of info in the accommodation about the local area. Would definitely recommend and also would love to stay again for a longer break.

We had a lovely stay at Kim’s Annex, the place was beautifully kept and even found a few little extras on arrival such as milk, jam, bread, eggs and cereal. It’s an easy walk to the centre of Southwell where there are lots of lovely independent shops, bakeries and there are plenty of countryside walks nearby. Arrival instructions were very clear, absolutely cannot fault it and would love to return in the future! ☺️

Had an amazing stay here! The apartment is even better in person – super spacious, full of character, and really well put together. Loved all the little touches that made it feel cosy and luxurious at the same time. Location was perfect for exploring the Peak District, and Wirksworth itself is a lovely little town. Great communication from the host too – everything was really smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Had a lovely weekend stay at Kate's appartment just on the edge of town. Loved the roof terrace to chill out in before we headed into town and the place was squeaky clean. Instructions for check in were super easy and Kate also helped with getting us car parking for 2 cars very near by at a good rate which was appreciated. Would recommend and will come back if we visit Nottingham again for a weekend break! Thanks!
