I’ve stayed at Jose’s residence a few times, and he’s the best host I’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. He’s extremely flexible, nice, communicative, reliable, and helpful. I will always and forever stay here for my travels.

Great spot ended up staying only one night due to flight complications but no issues checking in and the space was well maintained

Lo más lindo del apartamento no era precisamente el apartamento, fue la magia, calidez y calidad de Merchy, Luis y Lidia que nos hicieron sentir como nuestra casa de toda la vida. Su ubicación era a unos cuantos pasos de la zona colonial, siempre pudimos ir caminando solo pasando el puente colgante de la ciudad m.

My stay with Madeleine was fantastic! She treated me like family and helped in every possible way. I appreciated my entire stay and will be back! Eunice who works in the building is so kind and accommodating and was a real treat to have. Thank you thank you. Perfect location too, close to everything in the zona colonial.

Quiet, Private, close to lot of places

our stay here was everything and more!! House is probably best house on the street. The backyard was EVERYTHING!! The neighborhood, although looked sketchy at first look, actually was peaceful and quiet. NO PROBLEMS. If i were going to stay in the Carolina area again I'd stay here again....central to all the areas i needed to visit.

El alojamiento fue espectacular Keny el anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente y fue muy amable en todo momento, repetiría una y mil veces en este lugar, la casa estuvo impecable y pasé unos días maravilloso y te agradezco mucho Keny por tu buen trato desde el minuto uno que te mande el msj hasta que nos fuimos de la casa eres muy atento y respetuoso gracias.

Hôtes chaleureux et très accueillants ! Situation au cœur de la Coloniale et prestations de logement bien au dessus de ce que imaginé pour un premier voyage en république Dominicaine. Mary et Patrick toujours disponible et non avide de proposer les meilleurs conseils pour rendre le séjour encore plus inoubliable. Nous avons passez un séjour agréable, sans doute trop court sur la Capitale Dominiquaise nous saurons ou revenir. Merci Francesseca et Raf

Enjoyed my stay at the Casita Colonial. The apartment was as advertised and located in a safe area within the Colonial Zone, only a block away from the coast, a short walking distance to many restaurants and a 10-minute walk to the major supermarket…a small market is also across the street. The host was very friendly and accommodated an early check-in, meeting me at the apartment to explain how to use the water pump, clothes washer, centrifuge dryer, etc. She was responsive to all questions that I had and recommended some nice restaurants. I would stay again and recommend to others for an authentic Santo Domingo experience. Thanks!

My stay was excellent, I really enjoyed the scenery, felt at home. For my next trip to DR which is going to be early next year for 4-5 days, I’ll stay at Elizabeth’s place.

My stay at Patricia’s place was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect as it is conveniently situated and offers a stunning view of the river. Patricia was an outstanding host, always helpful and attentive, which made the experience even better.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was unbeatable, it was very easy to get there. Also just 8 minutes away in car from the Colonial Zone. Check in was super smooth and the guys at the reception were very helpful. The apartment was immaculately clean probably the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, the floor and bathrooms were shiny. The bed linens smelled amazing, the pillows were super soft, and everything felt fresh and cozy. They placed water and coffee, really appreciated :) there is also a little market a few minutes walking in case you need anything to eat or drink, we ordered breakfast one of the days and it was delicious! We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much Sandra and Miguel!

La verdad un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro para alguien que necesita sentirse como en casa.! Un servicio muy excelente la higiene la seguridad y sobretodo la tranquilidad sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme 😍
