We had an amazing experience at the apartment, truly beautiful, even better in person,, safe, clean, accommodating and the center of everything in the city. The host Yerany was responsive and answered all my questions and was flexible. The amenities at the building were great and the staff were very helpful. I recommend this apartment for their stay, it was a pleasure staying and I hope to do so in the future.

Great apartment, the jacuzzi was an amazing feature to be able to relax in the hot Sun. Nellys was accommodating and easy to communicate with. The space had a parking space which was perfect since we rented a car to get around town. Would definitely stay again.

El departamento es muy cómodo y tranquilo, las habitaciones, baños y cocina perfectamente limpios y ordenados; Excelente para relajarse después de recorrer la Ciudad de Santo Domingo. This place was amazing. Very spacious, very clean in a nice and quiet neighborhood. All the amenities were perfect. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Incredible location, literally 20 second walk to Maraca, a great restaurant I ended up eating at twice while I was there. Corner store 30 seconds away in the opposite direction for drinks, etc. super cool architecture and pool area was peaceful. Ice cold AC in bedroom I stayed in. Few notes, city is working on the street, so must be dropped at a corner, which is only 30 seconds walk to unit. Water unexpectedly was out the last day, wasn’t the hosts fault and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Would stay there again.

I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

El lugar es exactamente como lo muestran las fotos, estuve por trabajo en santo Domingo junto con un grupo de compañeros, por lo que no pudimos disfrutar la casa tanto como hubiéramos querido, sin embargo, mantiene un concepto abierto y agradable, la zona es tranquila y te permite moverte fácilmente hacía cualquier lugar en Santo Domingo.

Carlos place is one of my all time favorite. It has everything I needed and wanted. It was exactly as he described, very clean, spacious and comfortable, and in a private secured location. Restaurants and entertainment is in walking distance. Carlos was very responsive on anything you needed. This will be my choice to stay when I’m visiting Santo Domingo. Thank you Carlos!

Master bathroom little small, living room couch uncomfortable. Crib a picture out of IKEA catalogue 😆. Condo was cool if you got problems parking in small spaces you better get over it before you rent the spot.🤦🏾‍♂️ watching my girl back up

The place was great as many reviews already say, but there are two things I appreciated in particular - one, that this condo was slightly outside the colonial district in a safe neighborhood that isn’t just curated for tourists. There are men playing dominos in the streets, families sitting outside in the evenings who will greet you kindly, and good places to eat all around. Two, that Stephanie was such a good host. We had a minor issue with one toilet and she had a plumber at the house in under an hour. She’s kind, welcoming, and highly communicative. This was a great stay.
